The Space:
This villa is located on the first floor and boasts 850 square feet of optimized island living space. Enjoy the art from local island artists in the comfortable living room. This villa can sleep a party of 4 with a brand-new king bed in the master bedroom and a brand-new queen Murphy bed in the living room. The en-suite master bath features a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. Perfect for children, the second bathroom features a bathtub with handheld shower.
Fully renovated in 2023, you will be among the first to experience all of the beautiful updates that make this villa a comfortable, updated vacation home.
The villa offers an array of children’s items including pack-and-play, high-chair, baby beach tent and sand toys. Enjoy the nearby beach with included beach cart, sand chairs, beach umbrella and surf boards. For after beach fun, you will find toys, games and puzzles.

Guest Access:
South Seas resort remains closed until Dec 19th following damage from hurricane Helena and Milton, private rentals are however allowed. Hurricane remediation efforts are ongoing, there may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators and laundry rooms remain closed, the pool and beach access are open and accessible.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a ten minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where guests can enjoy fantastic dining and shopping!

Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide beach gear that guests can use during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The unit is located only a short walk from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the bayside or to wander any of the esteemed Captiva beaches surrounding South Seas in style.

Getting Around:
Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking.
