駐車場場の案内が、2段階になっていて面倒でした。
問い合わせした時点で、ホテルの駐車場が満車だったので、そのまま目の前の提携駐車場を案内していただければよかったのに、わざわざ駐車場に行って新たに案内を聞かなければならず、二度手間でした。
一時的に荷下ろしをする場所もなく、少し不便です。
