« The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

« The property is small but very well done and everything you need is there including a complimentary bottle of wine which was very nice. My wife and I were there for the week as our 17-year-old attended a tech camp at Cal Tech. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet and close to hiking options. I would highly recommend staying here. »

« The good points are as follows - a very clean property with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. The street parking was right in front of the entrance. It is a very quiet neighborhood so anyone planning on entertaining a large group with loud music won’t be appreciated by the neighbors. Things that I would improve are the towels and install protective fencing around the open fireplace. »

« This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit. »

« I was in communication with Liat, the host. He answered questions quickly and the location was secure and immaculate. The photographs did not do justice and the layout was a perfect set up. That location was also within a 1/2 mile of a seminar local to the area. »
