"Our group of three enjoyed our stay very much - especially the sea views and superb location. Every morning I went for a run to La Croisette (about 12 minutes away running along the coast). "Location is solid. However, I will flag a few things: -Get ready to walk up a few stair cases inside the building depending where your room is. -at night you do hear quite a bit of street noise. I’m talking about 4,5,6am. A car driving (I think it’s some type of trash service or something at the time) -some reviews I saw before booking mentioned possible bed bugs which of course had me a bit unsettled but can confirm there were ZERO. "A few of my brothers stayed here during the Cannes festival. We could not have been happier with our stay, it was a roughly 30 minute walk to the Grand Palais. Along the walk it was a gorgeous beachside walk, and this location was just outside of all the loud festivities from the festival. The personality and the atmosphere from the apartment was immaculate, the host and everyone were lovely. We loved staying here and if she’ll have us back, we’d be there in a heartbeat!!"
