On arrival the office was closed, it was necessary to retrieve my key via the 'contactless' facility.......... at first I was a little put out, have to say though the system was easy, quick & trouble free. No issues checking in like this again. »

On 2 occasions the temperature increased to well above comfortable temperatures when people in adjacent rooms started showering or using their faucets. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable.
