« The property has a pool, arcades, good breakfast and a new tv in the room ( you can pair your device!) There is a fire pit outside. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The only thing that we didn't like was that the room was very humid, there was a strong smell of humidity, we had to open the window to change the air, the sheets of the bed were also a little bit damp. But aside from that the stay was very enjoyable. »

« The greatest appeal to this home is obviously going to be the view. Unparalleled! Bill made sure the place was set up with everything we would need to make our stay a comfortable one. We had 14 guys staying there and it still felt very roomy. Tons of nooks to tuck away in to have conversations. « We recently stayed at this cottage, along with 2 other rentals, for our annual Sisters Weekend. This cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the description. One of my sisters said, "It was instantly like feeling at home and comfy". We all felt the same way. Josh was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We absolutely plan to come back! « Must have AWD of 4 wheel drive. Property is on top of a mountain with steep dirt roads. They were maintained by sanding and salting but was still a little scary especially going down the mountain. Beds were super comfortable with big fluffy blankets. Lots of sleeping options. Furnishings were tired but okay for a ski accommodation that we used it for. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. TV and internet were fine. »

« The house was perfect for our families to enjoy a winter weekend. It was clean and had everything we needed. Waterville Valley was an easy drive away and the Waterville Estates community center was great when the kids had enough skiing. Hanka provided clear and easy-to-understand directions and was very responsive. Would happily stay again! »
