"Our key card did not work multiple times and our check in was delayed so we were offered an upgrade for the inconvenience. However, a manager decided not to honor that offer so they continued to work on getting the door to unlock. That was disappointing, but the staff there is very nice, the grounds are lovely and the cafe was surprisingly good."

"The Mandala Room was absolutely perfect! It had breathtaking views, amazing bed and wonderful shower and bath tub. So romantic and sweet! Staff were also very kind and attentive!"

"The 11th floor is peaceful. The rooms are small but well-appointed. The wi-fi is effective. Breakfast starts at 7 though they run out of coffee at 6:30. The front desk makes limited effort to resolve discrepancies."
