« Tired and run down. Rips in the chairs. Needs complete remodel. The kind of place that cannot be cleaned. Also- hair and a few ants in the bath. I opted out of using the shower. Bed is cheap and not cozy. I would only stay because it is close to school so convenient once in a while. But needs major overhaul. Staff was delightful. »

« Anytime I come to sac I will always stay at this hotel! The customer service was the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Michael at the check in desk was so helpful and even hooked my partner and I up with free drink vouchers when we told him it was our anniversary! Later in the night at the bar we met Renae who was so sweet and talked with us the whole time we were there making sure we liked our drinks. 10/10 would recommend, this was the best way to spend our anniversary! »

« The hotel is beautiful and historic - rooms are a little small, but it’s a gorgeous hotel with great service. I stayed there 14 years ago, and the area around the hotel has declined significantly since then. There are dozens of homeless people around the hotel constantly, and the local shops on the street are vandalized and in poor shape. The City would do well to solve their homelessness issue an bring the local tenants back… »
