Only the room was clean. Other than that there's nothing in the hotel or around the hotel. No butler, no room service, no dining, no kitchen, no water bottles. I won't complain about the as it was clean and tidy considering the price paid for it.

Our A/C was broken. The pool was shutdown (because of city water restrictions) The building is a bit of a maze. That being said we had a great time! The staff was nice and the room was clean. Bed was comfy. There was half a curtain and the window really doesn't open very far. Lots of parking.The price was the best we could find. It was FAR cheaper than anything else. Well worth it and we'll probably be back to stay again in the future.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews however, this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We were put into room 415 and it looked like something from out of a horror movie. It was very dusty. The carpet was dirty, lights were dim and there was an eyelash on the bed next to the pillow. The A/C did not work. On top of that, the walls were very thin so we could hear everything from next door. We asked for a different room and the staff were accommodating and we got put into room 221. This room was much nicer, the lights were updated so it was a little brighter and less dusty. We stayed here for 4 nights. The first night the A/C was working. However the other 3 nights, the A/C did not work. Maintenance came and told us that our A/C was broken and gave us 2 fans. The fans were somewhat better. Im not sure if they are understaffed or not but housekeeping only came 1 out of the 4 nights we were there. We had to call the front desk for new towels, and we even had to physically walk to the laundry room on the first floor for towels as it took so long to receive it. On top of that, we were over charged on expedia as there was an option to pay $20/day for parking. When we arrived, the front desk told us that parking was free. They said they were unable refund us. When we expressed all of our concerns at check out, the front desk lady said "sorry but we are unable to offer you a discount because you booked through expedia". I do not recommend this place to anybody.

Booked two nights, 1 queen, 1 adult. No elevators working, which was inconvenient due to the amount of bags I had brought. Got to my room and it was 28. I immediately tried to turn on A/C and it wasn’t working. I went to the desk and the staff apologized and got me a fan. I was gone all the next day so I left the fan running when I left. When I returned back to the hotel at 9pm my room was now 29 and the fan was turned off. No other rooms available, “not much they can do.” Waste of money for an uncomfortable place to stay. I also overheard other people complaining about their A/C not working when I was at the desks, Avoid this place!
