This modern ground floor flat with private terrace is located just 1 minute walk from the beach of Calafell! The bedroom suite has a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a trundle bed.The living-dining room opens directly onto the terrace, and the kitchen, despite being independent, has a small bar that connects it to the living room, making the space larger. It also has fans in all bedrooms and in the living-dining room.The swimming pool is 10 metres from the flat, and apart from being large, it is surrounded by a pleasant natural lawn all year round.Furthermore, this flat comes with a parking space in the underground car park underneath the building.Due to its convenient location, it is almost unnecessary to use the car, as there are shops, restaurants and the beach just a few steps away.The ideal place to enjoy an ideal holiday!
