Check in was not explained to clearly. Wasp nests on the top stair railings,my wife got stung. Top floor entrance to the other unit had trash bags and several coolers on it. Smelly.Your front entrance could use a sweeping also...inside was nice. Ac unit was loud.

Location was amazing. A quick 10 minute drive to sunset beach pier area and located in calabash so near all the shops and restaurants. Room was clean and organized, exactly as described and pictured. Minor issue at check in, as the gate security was not aware we were coming and hesitant to allow us in however was quickly fixed without having the notify Alicia. Would recommend and stay again for sure!

Property as advertised. Was on 3rd floor and I did forget to ask(I have limited mobility) but was able to overcome with aid from family.. room was 408”L” but we figured it out to get key from lockbox. Great location.

While it was as advertised, we missed having a table. There are board games, table chairs, dishes but no where to enjoy them.l A queen bed would be much preferred to doubles. Electrical outlets were too loose to be plugged in to.

Minimalist place perfect for a short getaway
My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend beach getaway and it was perfect for what we needed/wanted. An affordable, clean place to stay only 15-20 minutes from Ocean Isle and other beaches. The gated community gave my wife comfort and host Alicia was great with communication!

Nice place to stay for a few days
The host was super responsive, accomodate our late check-in and provided all info we needed for our stay. We also have been blessed by birds nesting abovr the front door and my kids enjoyed to watch them feeding. The territory is nice and we never hear any noice from neighbors:) It's just 20-40 mins of driving to the beach. We did not have a chance to try the pool, since it was closed during our visit, but the host went ahead and refunded us some money so we could use the nice public pool near to the resort. We are very satisfied with pur stay there.

I initially booked this room to come celebrate at the beach alone but a girlfriend of mine was able to come and the process to update my reservation was super fast and easy. Alicia was super responsive to anything we needed. The room was perfect for us and our weekend. It’s about 20 min from OIB and cherry Grove/N Myrtle so great location. The beds were insanely comfortable. Beautiful golf resort. It rained the whole weekend but we were very comfortable and felt very at home all weekend. Alicia even put out a few birthday decorations which is small but meant so much
