"We wanted somewhere quiet, secluded and far away from reality, this hit the spot perfectly! We weren't far from Llanberis where we had some great food and went on a beautiful walk to the castle. The cottage was well equipped and gave us the chance to feel properly nestled in the mountain. We used our time their to celebrate my partners birthday, and begin art projects we've been preparing for. We met a couple of others in Fachwen and they were so lovely and helpful! "Mr Edwards was there to welcome us when we arrived. House is clean and met all our expectations. We had a wonderful time exploring the local Caernarfon area, Snowdon Rail journey and even Halen Mon at Anglesey."

"This was a cute property and had everything you needed. The location was amazing, you could not be closer to climb Snowdon. My only problem was the ceiling heights upstairs, my daughter is really tall so was downstairs and I had to take the room in the eaves.. I did bump my head a few times in the night. "Where to start. The only positive comment is that the holiday park that the property is situated is lovely, with good facilities. If I was the owner of the park, I wouldn't allow this cottage to be associated with it. Now for the negatives. 1. Firstly the picture shown on the website is nothing like the property looks like and should be removed. Its an old terraced cottage. That needs a lot of TLC to the front and rear of the property. 2. The description of the property also does not tell...

"My friends and I spent the weekend at this property as a celebration for our 25th Birthdays. From the get go the whole process was faultless and even though there were 8 of us we still found the house to be spacious and was spotless for our arrival. We can't wait to book for next year!"

"This cottage is amazing. Set on the banks of the river in the beautiful village of Beddgelert, this is a great place to stay for an adventure in the Snowdonia National Park. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The living room is relaxing and the kitchen has everything you need. You’re walking distance to pubs, restaurants and coffee shops as well as several hiking trails. When it’s time to rest you can sit in the garden next to the river and listen to the water and nature. Highly recommend...

"They also own a building around the corner... thats where we lodged. Had to walk a couple blocks for breakfast. Quiet , convenient, and clean. Parking is orivided by the Pub but it's a 5 min walk uphill to the lidgings. "

Lovely b and b in a great location

"We had a lovely stay here, the owners Mark and Annette were very welcoming but not in your face. The property itself was very clean, well maintained and are room was really lovely with a great view. Really liked the guest lounge with the addition of the hot drinks maker with the honesty box. The rain came in on our second day and it was lovely to warm up by the fire. The breakfast was superb as well. "

"My room was clean however the paint was flaking off above the shower and on the bathroom window. More of a matinence thing than cleanliness but I deducted a star for this. Cobweb in bathroom window, and fibres on the carpet that stuck to some velcro. The distance from the bed to the nearest 2 sockets was a bit of a issue I need to wear a CPAP therapy machine. There was no sweetener in the tea and coffee facilities in my room, however there was at breakfast I don't know if this was just an oversight or if they don't routinely put them in the rooms. Breakfast was good with a good range of Gluten free food including GF cereal, GF bread and dairy free milk. Cooked breakfast also available the way they serve their jam leaves it open to cross contamination from people touching their bread with the spoon. I would suggest little tubs?"

"Returned from a wonderful overnight stay here. A beautiful property in a stunning location, just a short drive from Snowdon, Tryfan etc. Check in was very easy, and George provided all the information needed for our stay. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding and we were looked after very well by Paul. Fab team, and a fabulous stay."

"James and Amy were delightful hosts and although we were only there 1 night nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely home cooked full English breakfast with lots of toast and more offered. "
