This home works great for 3 adult couples. You are a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Cabo. The house was super clean and plenty of room. I enjoyed working out at the on property gym. You are very close to the golf course and resort.

Stayed here for nine nights. It was absolutely perfect for a girl's get away. I loved the private pool and used it daily. The property has a shuttle but we rented a car so didn't use it. It is one of the cleanest VRBO's I've stayed at. Everything was in good working order. We cooked most of our meals rather than eating out and used the BBQ a couple of times. There are security gates at the property and we appreciated the feeling of being safe. We accessed the pools at the other resorts on the site. Each of them had something we liked - close to the ocean, top of the hill, swim up bar. There's a pharmacy and produce market very close. We went to the local grocery stores for everything but meat which we purchased at Costco. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

This was an incredible week, and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. This listing was exactly as Jake wrote it up. Beautiful house/villa and great backyard. The pool isn’t terribly large, but the other pools you have access to more than make up for it. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, with gorgeous en-suites. Thanks for making this a great trip, with no problems!

Amazing villa
The villa was superb. Having our own pool and spa made this a wonderful place to hang out. Used the BBQ many nights and sat around the fire pit every night enjoying the weather. Although the area had a local shuttle, we used a rental car instead. (Would highly recommend insuring you have a vehicle as restaurants, beaches and town are about 15-30 minutes away.) Ate once at the Market at Quivira, which has multiple restaurants. Food and drink were very good, nice selection, reasonably priced. Just was quick to respond to any questions. Great communication!! I highly recommend this host and this property.

Great Trip!
We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It was very clean, modern, had everything you needed, and was in a safe environment. The bedrooms were really nice, each with large bathrooms! There were three porches and the backyard had a huge hot tub, nice pool and putting range. It was a great place to relax and unwind each evening. The Quivira Golf course was exceptional with spectacular ocean views. The boys had a great time fishing and we enjoyed relaxing on the beach at one of the sister resorts. All of the resort food was good and the staff very friendly. We would love to come stay again. Jake was an awesome host and we are thankful for our time here.

Top notch home.
This property is lovely, it’s all that the pictures show and more. Great hosts, the backyard is amazing, only thing I would recommend is that you have a vehicle. The grounds are HUGE!! We ended up renting a golf cart and that was our mode of transportation for the few days that we were there. Beach is a ways away so if you are wanting a beach vacation, this isn’t the place for you but for a relaxing ‘soak up the sun and hang by the pool’ vacation, it was perfect.

Do Not Hesitate…BOOK THIS!!!
There’s no words to describe this incredible Villa and amazing host! The Villa was so clean, spacious and new with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We loved how each of the three bedrooms had their own ensuite bathroom, the kitchen had everything you need, and the backyard was incredible with your own plunge pool, hot tub, putting green, BBQ, fire table and comfortable sectional. There was another larger pool very close by too! The Mavila area seems new and there is construction of more condos/villas at the moment. We also enjoyed how helpful the Quivira Concierge was at all times and they replied immediately to any of our questions. They also booked our free shuttles within the Quivira Development and ordered us a taxi upon request. It was a nice bonus that we got to use all the facilities of the other resorts in the area, and got a discount on food and beverages. Although we aren’t golfers, the golf course looked stunning! Jake the owner is the best host I’ve ever had and he replies instantly to your messages. If there is a problem, he’ll rectify it immediately. Please don’t hesitate to book this incredible Villa! You won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you Jake for a lovely week.

CLEAN AND QUIET
WONDERFUL VILLA HOME WITH POOL AND SPA. IT IS IN A SMALL COMMUNITY IN QUIVERA RESORT. VERY WELL APPOINTED. THIS IS A MULTIPLE GATED COMMUNITY SO SAFETY IS ASSURED. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS ITS DISTANCE FROM THE MAIN DOWNTOWN AREA OF CABO SAN LUCAS.

Excellent stay at Mavila
House and furnishings all appeared to be brand new. Great location inside the gates of Pueblo Bonito with access to their resorts and amenities. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with on booking. We loved it and will stay here again!
