Welcome to our home we are CABOVACAHOUSE TM. ! This beautiful property has it ALL. Private pools, stunning ocean views and private beach only a short 5 MIN walk away. 10 minute drive to Cabo and only 20 minutes to San Jose. The house is tucked away in the very popular gated community of Cabo Bello overlooking the breathtaking Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez. The community is very safe and has 24/7 security. With just as much outdoor living space as there is inside you'll each be sure to find your favorite spot to relax. Tons of world class restaurants just a short distance away. Costco, Fresko and Walmart minutes away as well. The home is located way down into the community offering a very short 5 minute walk to the private Cabo Bello beach, where you’ll find the a calm cove that you can swim in, smooth sand and zero annoying venders. Grab some snorkel gear, umbrella and a cooler and your day is all set.

Cabo Vaca House has 2500 sq ft of Air conditioned space with four different levels all overlooking the Bay of Cabo San Lucas and Sea of Cortez. Great WIFI throughout the entire house, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney channel and tons of great Movies and games.

The first level is an outdoor space featuring a large heated pool for adults and a small shallow heated pool for kids that flows into the lower pool offering soothing waterfall sounds. This area also has a large shaded palapa with a dining table and pool loungers, an outdoor grilling area w/ a stainless steel BBQ, Mini Fridge, ½ bath, outdoor shower and a large grassy area for your pets to enjoy.

The main floor of the house has an open and bright fully stocked kitchen, a dining room that seats 6-8 people and a living room w/ a foldout Bed and French doors that open up into the lush tropical courtyard. From the living room and dining room you access a huge covered patio with comfy chairs to sit in the morning and sip your coffee from the French press or drip coffee makers. The lower level also has one bedroom with a queen Bed and a en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The next level of the home features a large Master Bedroom with a King size Bed and en suite bathroom and walk-in shower with views of the famous arch. Another Bedroom is down the hall with a Queen bed and its own bathroom across the hall with a shower. Each room opens up to a beautiful covered patio overlooking the entire town of Cabo and the Pacific Ocean. This level also features another beautiful covered patio with a large sunbrellla sectional couch and a dining table that fits 8 people. The views of the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez are stunning from this space and is often a favorite amongst guest.

The fourth level is a huge rooftop patio and bar area where you can see for 360 degrees all around the cape region and take in the breathtaking views (best place to watch beautiful Baja sunsets). With enough room to sleep 6-8 people comfortable, this is a perfect house to accommodate large families or cozy enough for a romantic getaway. The private beach is a 5 minute walk located at the bottom of Cabo Bello and has great sandy shallow Beach for kids and adults to snorkel and swim.
The Villa is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, mini fridge, dishwasher, water dispenser, industrial blender, coffee maker, French press, spices, salt and pepper, olive oil, fully stocked kitchen utensils, toaster, microwave, oven, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach blankets, Turkish towels for the beach, Pool towels, Sand toys, Kick boards, sun umbrellas, adult and child pool floaties, coolers, 4 burner BBQ, adult books, kids books, board games, playing cards, poker chips, high powered telescope, JBL Bluetooth speaker, Flat screen TV and soundbar, Apple TV, Extra bedding, Pac n play, baby bumbo seat, bouncer chair for babies, highchair for toddlers, snorkel gear, flippers, swimming fins for kids and some life jackets.

Calming getaway
Great property with all amenities, short distance from San Lucas. Grocery 2 mins away, walking distance to two beaches, and amazing sunsets! Pool gets afternoon sun. Nick always available to answer questions. Would stay again.

Casa Tortuga is an amazing place to stay. Tons of space, fully equipped from the kitchen to the pool/ocean toys. Super clean. Beds are very comfortable. Great location and once you find the house (it’s a little tricky but the info is well-communicated), really convenient for anything from Cabo to San Jose.

Beautiful Cabo Bello Stay
During our four night stay, we loved the private swimming pool, views of Sea of Cortez, and appreciated the fact that Casa Tortuga was stocked with everything we needed, especially since the grocery store was an Uber drive away. Super comfy beds, very clean, great showers, adorable neighborhood, fun private beach within walking distance. Fantastic stay! It was a bit farther from everything than we would have preferred, but that’s our fault for not realizing it when booking.

Absolutely Perfect Villa with Gorgeous Views
Our family of 5 enjoyed every minute of our stay at the gorgeous Casa Tortuga. The hosts have spared no details to ensure their guests have the best possible vacation at their home. We loved having access to high end beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, a heated pool, games, pool toys and an excellently equipped kitchen.... the list goes on! The private beach is only a 3 or 4 minute walk away and is great for swimming and snorkelling. The hosts were wonderful to deal with. A definite 10 out of 10. Thank you so much for having us!

Great house and location
The house is great. It's set up well, with plenty of room to move around. The backyard area, and pool deck was perfect for our stay. The best thing is the private beach access. By far the best location if you want to get into the water. You can't get into the ocean/gulf in most spots in Los Cabos, but this place has a beautiful spot. And the house has everything you need to make a fun day out of it. Nick, was very responsive and met ever situation we had with a solution. Not that we had any issues, just want to thank him for always getting back to us ASAP!

The location was ideal, offering convenience and charm (the Christmas lights were put up on the palm trees while we were there). Nick was always available for any questions, providing clear communication and helpful tips about the area with their guide book. The property itself was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed. Overall, a delightful stay, and highly recommend Casa Tortuga for a wonderful vacation rental. Can’t wait to go back!!

Casa Tortuga is a gem!
Casa Tortuga is a gem! Perfect location! The gated community is charming and safe. The nearby beach (7 min walk) has crystal clear water and a beautiful landscape. Nearby, you'll also find food and a great supermarket. The house has a unique charm and is very cozy. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. The living room had an Apple TV and a sofa bed. The Beds were comfy, with clean linens and plenty of pillows. The upstairs deck has a great view and was a great spot to hang out in the evenings. And let's not forget about the awesome pool! It has a shallow section on top, great for toddlers, that waterfalls into the bigger pool. It was clean and had a ton of pool floaties and toys. The house had lots of clean towels and nice beach accessories. It's an easy, straight drive to Medano Beach and Downtown Cabo. Nick was easy to talk to, prompt to respond, and an overall great host. We had a great experience and would stay again.

Loved casa Tortuga
We picked the best spot in Cabo! To start the drive from the airport was not bad at all and the driver took us by Costco to get some of the basics we are certainly glad we grabbed water even though we were able to drink the water and nobody got sick🤷‍♀️🤣 The house was set up perfect for a group of four adults and four kids the pool was wonderful the barbecue pit was fantastic the roof space was amazing for the adults in the evening. The private beach is perfect it is rocky in spots and when the tides out be careful you can cut up your feet. My husband and brother-in-law took a fishing trip recommended by the owners caught a selfish and blue marlin best fishing trip of their life!!!! The neighbors were really kind and we even left some of our fish with them. The house has everything you could possibly need and more the beds are comfortable the AC works great had no need for the TV the entire time we were there but I’m sure worked there is a market across the street that has everything you need and is a nice walk in the morning for extra supplies. The gate guards were great man and 24 hours a day seven days a week we felt so safe. Nick was on top of anything we needed whenever we needed it best host by far!!!!!

We were in for a wedding at a neighboring hotel, but needed much more space for family and friends and this house was great for that! In addition to having great patios and everything needed to cook at home, it also is a very short walk to a private and very relaxing beach that we enjoyed everyday. We would highly recommend this property to all!

Wonderful Stay
We had the best stay at Casa Tortuga! The house was clean and comfortable (the beds were especially comfortable). The kid pool and big pool were the best part of the rental as we were in the pool about 4 hours a day with our 3.5 year old. The house is a nice distance between Cabo and San Juan so it’s easy to check out both towns. The communication with Nick was great, he responds quickly and is so helpful. We hope to return again someday soon.

My family and I visited Cabo for 4 days and 3 nights. This property was amazing, has a private pool and access to a private beach. The house was very clean and equipped with all household items we needed. The host had great communication and made great recommendations. Owner was very responsive and shared information on COVID testing sites in the area before we arrived. Highly recommend the location if you're looking for a secure, private area a short driving distance to downtown bars.

AMAZING. Would definitely go there again & highly recommend!!! Beautiful views, lovely decorations, clean, fun pool, nice TV, great dining table, comfy couch, cozy throw blankets and pillows, plenty of dishes, utinsels, pots&pans, very nice A/C, loved the blender, comfy beds. Had a great time with my husband and 4 kids. Thank you for providing beach towels, drinking water, kitchen spices, laundry, and sunscreen. Very minimal suggestions-maybe put additional chairs on rooftop-they are hard to haul up the winding staircase, could have used more large serving bowls, and fix the lock on the downstairs bedroom sliding door. I also assumed the smaller pool was a hot tub. My mistake but maybe it could be better clarified in the description. Also, leaving your drivers license at the security gate every time you come in was a little unnerving. I know you can’t change that, but it would have been nice to have it explained beforehand. We found the guards very courteous & trustworthy though. **One last sidenote – we learned that covid testing could be done at the airport for $22.50 each which is much cheaper for a family of 6 than $100 each (a bit of a drive, but we had a dolphin excursion 20 minutes away). There was no line at all and the man checking us in said that most people get Covid testing done before 1:00in the afternoon, so usually it wasn’t busy from 1-6. We also did not have to wait for the results to come back. They just emailed them to us within the hour which was easy!
