Welcome to Casa Besos del Sol!

Casa Besos del Sol is located in Misiones del Cabo Development! This is the perfect location for your Cabo Vacation. This community offers a small deli market on site, 2 community pools, dr office onsite, and direct access to the beach in front of the development. When you access the condo, you will not be disappointed! This condo offers ample space and provides a sofa sleeper in the living room area for 2 guests, full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal or have a chef cook for you! There is also a desk space for anyone that may need to work while on vacation.

The King bedroom provides ample closet space and an ensuite bathroom with large remodeled shower. You will have access from the living room area or bedroom area out on the terrace where there is seating and a BBQ provided.

You will love the view from the terrace to the ocean or you can see the community pool below.

Amazing sunrise view
This property has great views of the ocean! If you get up early you can see an amazing sunrise! The condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for a couple. We were met there by the house manager and the only issue was we couldn’t get the TV to work, but we were on vacation so didn’t really matter to much to us. The pool temperature was perfect and the bar restaurant was awesome! Would highly recommend this place. We took uber almost everywhere and it was perfect. We would stay at this complex again.

Amazing stay!
Everything was as expected! We were greeted by Rodrigo who did a great job explaining all the things we needed to know about the rental. The views were phenomenal. The private beach was beautiful! The location was hallway between the airport and downtown San Lucas, which made commuting easy. And ask the protest staff were very helpful!

Exceeded My Expectations
This is a beautiful condo. The property is well maintained and the condo is nicely furnished. The view from. The balcony is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. The pool and bar were great with a very friendly and social atmosphere. The semi-private beach was easily accessible and beautiful. It was very swimmable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay
We loved watching the whales from the balcony. Property was clean had all the supplies we needed for our stay. The only thing that could have been improved is the beach chairs, they were broken so we didn’t take them down to the beach and sat by the pool instead. We utilized the grocery delivery service which was very convenient. Would stay again, 8-10 US dollar Uber ride to the Marina area.

The condo was as advertised. All the communications about taxi from airport , Juan Carlos meeting us at the condo etc went smoothly. Lovely view of pool area and beach down the hill. The "Tiki" bar staff and food were fine also walkable restaurants in the area. Hope to return before long. Whales spouting and breaching all day. Easy taxi or umber to Marina in Cabo. Thanks! Maureen

The property was spotless, everything in the condo was of the highest quality, the view is wonderful, the location is convenient to some nice restaurants, the property manager, Kristen, and on site contact, Sergio were both great to deal with. The tiny intimate restaurant/bar on site is fantastic and 1/3 of what you would pay elsewhere!

Well Equipped Condo Near Beach
The property is well maintained (Except the elevator was broken while we were there. We counted 70 stairs between us and the beach). The pool is nice and the pool bar seemed nice. The condo is newly renovated with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bed is firm (which I love!). There were several different pillows to choose from so both my husband and I found one we liked. The deck is nice and faces a little slice of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with most things you need to cook light meals. The BBQ was broken when we stayed. The washer and dryer are new and work well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Would book again if going to Cabo.

Small town feel.
My apartment was beautiful, spacious, and had amazing views of the pool area and the seaside. The pool was perfect for relaxing, swimming, and sunning. The cafe at poolside was an unexpected bonus. The food and service were wonderful. I ate many meals there. I didn’t shop much at the market. I didn’t feel prepared for the hurricane. I was warned about potential for loss of power and water. I would have appreciated a bit more support and resources like readily available food and water. I understand the storm made this difficult. I was not expecting standing water throughout the apartment. Better sealing at the base of the sliding glass doors should be considered. Between the work I had to do to clear the water and lack of power for 14 hours, I would appreciate a small credit as acknowledgement of the inconvenience and loss of vacation time.

Great Option with a Few Drawbacks
Pro’s: Newly remodeled, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Huge new shower. Organized and clutter free. Has a well supplied kitchen, with dishes, pots/pans, and everything you could need. All working appliances. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps. Excellent view of the ocean. Beautiful grounds and lovely Palm trees. Excellent view of pool and bar/swim-up bar below. Beach and pool chairs/umbrellas/towels etc. Great food and beverage available at the bar all day starting at breakfast. Nice guys working there and helpful in every way. Two awesome restaurants just a short walk, less than five minutes. One is Jazz on the Rocks and the other is Sunset Mona Lisa. Jazz On Rocks, it’s a little more affordable, but they both have exquisite sunset dinners you won’t want to miss. Five minutes to Downtown Cabo. Ubers are always 5-10 minutes away. Con’s: Very little parking! I had to sweep the floors immediately because of all the dirt sticking to my feet. Floor hid the dirt, but I had a good size pile for the dust pan. Bed was very firm, but ended up being fine. 4 extra pillows, but no pillow cases/covers. No dressers in bedroom to unpack and put things away. We had a couple of shelves in the closet. Could definitely use more. Bar and pool closed at 8:00pm. We missed out on a few dinners arriving too late. The cons are mostly suggestions for the owners. Overall the place is great and we would rent it again.

Clean, quiet rental
We didn’t want to be in the party scene of Cabo and this place was perfect. Quiet and chill. The water was shut off a few times and there was a big leak that required maintenance people to do work right outside but we just left for the day so it wasn’t too bothersome.

The area and condo are very nice. Great help from Deny checking and the folks running the complex do a great job. The pool bar is very nice and things are quiet, at least when we were there. It is well appointed with beautiful views.

Sunny, relaxing stay at Misiones!
This was our first time in Cabo San Lucas and we really enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Deny who showed us to the suite and answered all our questions. The view from the balcony was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach that is just down from the property. We did swim but we found the water entry and exit to be easier at high tide. Swimming could be challenging for beginning swimmers so good to be cautious. There is a Fresco grocery store up the hill and across the highway and a Wall Mart about a 10 minute drive away. We found a wonderful hike by crossing the highway (not as scary as it seems) and going up the hill past the Home Depot. We went to the end of the road and turned right. Beautiful views from there. A highlight was spotting humpback whales from our balcony and the beach at the property. We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Perfect seclusion with the hustle bustle close by
I found this an excellent property and superb property management. The filtered cold water at the tap is very nice, the little store is about a 2min walk. I loved the extras like the snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. Lots of board games, etc… The only potential thing I could say is if you have a hard time with stairs there is a short flight that you can’t avoid.

Whale watching paradise
The view was beautiful. I watched the sunrise every morning over the Sea of Cortez. Bring binoculars- you can spot whales from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great experience!
