« Appartement conforme à la description et propre. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Seul point négatif le bruit. L'appartement est situé au bord de la route principale du lac et le flot de voiture est incessant ce qui est très dérangeant pour rester sur la terrasse qui pourtant a une vue magnifique. Nous y avons séjourné sur la semaine du 15/08 ce qui peut expliquer peut être le nombre de voitures. »

« Wir waren im August 2024 hier. Ein Volltreffer - wir haben uns hier außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Bereits die Begrüßung vom Inhaber war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön zurückgezogen in einem kleinen Dorf in den Bergen des westlichen Steilufers des Gardasees, also unseren Wünschen entsprechend etwas Abseits der Hotspots des Massentourismus. Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke an die Gastgeber für die schöne Zeit bei Euch. »

« Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist nach italienischen Standard eingerichtet. Wir hatten soweit alles was wir brauchten. Alle Wohnungen haben Seeblick, die Straße direkt vor dem Haus hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Es gibt für jede Wohnung einen kostenlosen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Einparken ist nicht ganz einfach, aber machbar. Einzig das Doppelbett war schon etwas älteren Baujahres und verursachte bei meinen Eltern Rückenschmerzen. Sie sind dann auf die ausklappbare Couch...

« The stay was quite uncomfortable making us leave after the first night. Had to sleep and move about the apartment dressed in layers due to cold and clammy temperatures. Host stated that the municipality would not allow turning on the heating system during the month of May but then turned on the heaters anyway when we complained about the cold temperatures…only to wake up in the middle of the night freezing and finding the heaters turned off again. There is no such advisory in the listing about...

Les rives du lac sont superbes mais les difficultés de circulation liées à la fréquentation limitent un peu les déplacements ... Nous avons pu néanmoins nous promener à Riva del Garda, Limone sul Garda, Malcesine, la cascade de Varone, monter au Monte Baldo par le téléphérique, aller à Sirmione par bateau, nous promener jusqu'aux lacs de Cavedine et Molveno et bien sûr visiter Verone ... monter au »

« Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit atemberaubenden Seeblick aus über 200m Höhe. Die Wohnung ist optimal für zwei Personen und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Ferienwohnung ist eingebettet in die "Garden Residence". Dies war uns bei Anreise nicht ganz klar, weshalb wir etwas suchen mussten. Der Hinweis fehlte bei online Buchung. « L'appartement est fonctionnel et agréable. On s'y sent très bien. La résidence est magnifique mais les règles pour trier les déchets et les descendre pas trop tôt à un endroit précis sont très compliquées. Notre hôte s'en est chargée pour nous. La piscine avec la vue sur le lac est magnifique. Elle est néanmoins partagée avec les autres personnes de l'immeuble et il faut y respecter un certain nombre de règles (douche obligatoire, pas de boisson, pas de ballon, pas de plongeon...) »

« Malcesine hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war top. Stefania Barzoi ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider wurde auf der Sonnenterrasse geangelt, sodass wir diese nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnten. Der Zugang zum See war meistens blockiert und die Sonnenliegen morgens früh mit Handtüchern reserviert. Wir möchten gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Wir würden dann aber die Wohnung in der dritten Etage mit eigener Terrasse bevorzugen. »
