For future development, I will suggest the hotel to provide a smart TV so that guests can watch YouTube, favourite channels and daily news of their own country at night. ln my previous travel, such as Seoul Korea, Jeju Korea and Haeundae hotel also have this kind of service.

Overall is good, the hotel in nearby of BIFC and E-mart. Jenpo Coffee Street also very close. Walking to Seomyeon around 10-15mins. Two stations to Seomyeon. If need some quite place. This is good to stay. And hotel can see the sunrise and sunset.

Clean, bright, well kept. I think this hotel is only 4 or 5 years old so everything is in fantastic shape. There's a 24/7 convenience store, taxi stand and bus stand next to it. Friendly staff. Would stay here again

The hotel says on their website that the rooms are ‘air conditoned’ yet when I tried to turn this on during the evening, it failed to work. When I spoke to the reception, they said that their air conditioning doesn’t turn on during the evening. What is the point of a 4 star hotel when air conditioning doesn’t work? I was on the 32nd floor where heat rises, it was like a furnace in my room, I couldn’t sleep properly. You’re better off going to a different hotel where they actually adhere to what facilities they state on their website.
