"I recently booked a stay at this hotel through Expedia, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. Upon arriving at the hotel the room was not ready and was dirty (even though it was already 3pm). When we asked for towels the "clean" ones that were provided had a ball of hair inside and stains. "front desk staff was so nice. I arrived very early and she was able to let me into my room earlier than the check in time! The transit system around the hotel is very good and there is a great gas station next to the hotel convenience. It is also very close and walkable to many major sites, the beach, museums and more. The room itself was very clean, it was a HUGE room. The bed was comfortable and the re was more than enough space to relax."
