This home has been wonderfully renovated inside and out. Brand new amenities and professionally interior designed. Everything you or your family need to feel at home has not been missed! Free off street parking. KING size bed in master en-suite and walk in closet- located on the first floor. Fully fenced yard and enclosed private deck with grill and firepit. Located on a dead end street and walking distance to tons of restaurants, stores and coffee shops. Beautiful 1st floor laundry room. Desk area for corporate travelers. Family room with fireplace and sliding doors leading out to your deck. Large Dining room with large 6 person dining room table. 2.5 baths one with a huge rain shower in master and another full bath upstairs with a new bath tub. Queen guest bedroom and adorable kids bedroom with bunks and a twin bed are all located upstairs. Gorgeous kitchen with high ceilings and beautiful quartz countertops and Island with stools. Cook your heart out with every kitchen amenity possible. Coffee and Tea Bar are provided. And your fridge has ice maker and filtered water. This location & private home is Buffalo's Best for sure! ** PLEASE NOTE - if you are staying at the home during Buffalo NY’s 7 months of possible snow, hail and ice lol salt and shovel will be available on both porches. The walkways, steps and porches are the responsibility of the guest staying. Snow plow service will be provided for any snow accumulations over 3 inches in the driveway. THURSDAY am is garbage day for the property- no matter how much garbage you have accumulated- if your stay crossed over that pick up time, please make sure to place the garbage and recycle can at the curb. More than what I needed

Amazing place close to the mall!
We had a wonderful stay at this property and will definitely stay again! The only two issues were the temperature variation from the main level to upstairs (it was extremely hot on the second level) and the very active railway and airport nearby meant a bit of noise. Overall a great property, very clean and definitely had all the amenities we could ask for and more!

Fantastic vacation!
We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals around the country and this, by far, was the best to date. The house was super clean and organized, we had everything we needed, the location was perfect, and Kelley was a superior host. This is a doll house that is very very clean and decorated tastefully. The pictures are exactly what you will have, a well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, very nice finishes and a patio and fenced in yard for any time of day to enjoy the outdoors Owners take pride in their beautiful rental with 2 1/2 baths and every tv channel you can imagine

We did a family vacation to Buffalo during autumn, and found this gem! The owners did such a beautiful job renovating this property, it could not have been more perfect for us with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Our two children enjoyed the bunkbed room. It is pretty centrally located so we were able to get to a bunch of places we wanted to see or do during our stay easily. I also liked the fenced in backyard for my dog, how clean the property was, and just all the personal and thoughtful touches throughout. They also put together this book with great places to eat and see and do in Buffalo, we definitely took advantage of some of those recommendations. Will stay again!

We were in the area to attend a wedding. Home was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Home looks recently renovated, everything new and beautifully decorated, spaces was perfect and 2.5 baths was a plus! Host provided nice welcome basket with goodies and it was great to have listings of favorite restaurants as we had a wonderful breakfast at nearby diner. Host also had basket of toiletries in case you forget anything and some nice “extras” like clothes steamer and fan. Home is close to everything with easy access to I90. Host was great communicator which made whole process easy.

Buffalo visit
The listing stated that there was 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full We had 3 couples with us and this listing of the sleeping arrangements were inaccurate. There was a king, a full, and 3 twin beds. This made for sleeping extremely difficult. Had we known the accurate sleeping arrangements, we would have made different accommodations. The house itself was clean and beautiful, it just did not accommodate for the size of our party.

Seeing Buffalo
This house was an AWESOME HOUSE!! After reading the reviews they all were on point! The house is well kept, very nice and clean. I loved the location it was closed to EVERYTHING!! The neighbor was beyond quiet I almost thought does anyone else live in the neighborhood, lol, but the peace it gave was OUTSTANDING!! I'm an OLDer lady I don't like to much noise, lol. We were a small group three adults and one teenager, so when I say we had room LOTS and it was EXCELLENT!! Although it says not baby proof there were things for a baby, so if you have a baby I say this home is an option as well. The beds were comfortable, we all talked about getting good sleep. The weather during our stay was very nice so that made the stay much more pleasant. Lastly, check in was a breeze and the host responded always! We will definitely be back, it was an AWESOME place!

Our Best Buffalo Rental!
My VT family has been doing an annual Bills week-end in Buffalo for several years. After years of boring stuffy hotels, we started using private rentals. This was our third, and definitely the best so far! Kelley's place is immaculate - recently renovated and very tasteful. Also extremely comfortable for a large family or group. We had a total of (7), including two couples, and the sleeping/bathroom arrangements were perfect. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a comfortable sitting room and separate dining/office area. We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor areas, but there is a private side deck with new propane grill and a large enclosed/private back yard that would be nice in warmer weather. Location is very convenient especially if you're in town for football - easy access to downtown and to the stadium, both only 15-20 minutes away if you beat the traffic. There is a private driveway with space for 3-4 cars. Clean, comfortable, good beds... and kitchen had everything we needed, including enough coffee for a couple of days! Kelley is a great host, and very responsive. I had questions the day before travel and she was easy to reach and nice to talk to. She also welcomes dogs for an added fee. The only small negative is the train that runs nearby every couple of hours through the night. It woke a coupe of the light sleepers in our group, but over-all, everyone was thrilled with the rental and we hope to grab it again on future trips... GO BILLS!

Cute house/Great location
I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks Kelley!

Nice house in a great location
Four friends had a blast in Buffalo NY. We stayed at a nicely, remodeled home in the Cheektowaga section. Kelley appointed the house with everything we needed to settle in comfortably. The pictures are accurate, the neighborhood quiet but close to everything. Lots to do in Buffalo. Beautiful architecture, tourist sites, The Falls are fantastic & not to be missed. Rent this house and you won’t be disappointed.

Great Gem of Property
We were in town for a wedding and wanted a dog friendly house. The place was perfect. The inside was beautifully decorated and very clean. The outside fenced yard was very private. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the side deck. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and questions. We will stay again if in the area.
