« Overall my stay was 9.5/10. Suite was impeccably clean and felt very modern. My only minor issues were that the mattress was not firm enough and the parking is abit awkward. Upon arrival, no parking attendants could be found to assist with valet parking. A departing guest took the time to explain the parking situation. But overall all, our stay was wonderful and we plan to stay again in the coming months. »

« This is a location walkable to both the Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Front desk staff are very pleasant and professional. The rooms are comfortable, nice, and clean. I realize that this was Valentine's weekend, and the hotel may not otherwise be as busy with wedding guests and dance contestants, but the dining area and the bar area were too crowded to accommodate even the hotel guests. Also, the valet service was understaffed to handle the volume of non-hotel guests. Perhaps priority for valet...
