LOCATION – Only 150 steps from the Gondola Mid-Station, you have access in minutes to the slopes as well as Main St. Breckenridge. If it is Nordic skiing or hiking you desire, endless trails are right outside your front door.

AMENITIES – With a primary master king fireplace suite, two secondary master king bedrooms each with their own private bath, a bunk bedroom and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, your group will find space, comfort and privacy after a fun-filled day. The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features stainless, top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops and an eat-in counter. The incredible views from the deck and living room area will beg you to spend time relaxing on the patio chairs or grilling up steaks on the gas grill. When the day’s activities have ended, entertainment for the kids can be found in the den area that offers a cozy place to play games on the gaming systems or to watch a movie from the 200+ movie library on the large flat screen TV. Step onto the lower level patio to sit under the stars for a soak in the hot tub or to warm up around the fire pit.

Great Location & Property!
So happy with our stay at this property for our anual bday/family trip to Breck! The location with the ski lift steps away was key & convenient. The communication with the Host was always a pleasure and very atentive to our questions/needs. Cannot say enough about the cleaniness & how well equpied this house was. From all the kitchen needs readily available to the beautiful bedrooms, games & books for adults & kids! We will definetly be staying here again! Thank you from the Lugo Family!

Fabulous Accommodations in the Perfect Location
We brought the whole family, including our four-year-old and five-year-old grandchildren for a spring ski vacation in Breckenridge. I spent a lot of time and did a lot of research locating what I thought would be the best accommodations for us. I’m pretty sure I found it. This Shock Hill duplex is amazing. Just steps from the gondola that takes you down to town or up to the mountain In one stop, means you can leave your cars in the garage. My wife and I stayed in the comfortable master bedroom suite, with a gas fireplace, large walk-in closet and a luxurious steam shower and tub. To other nice and en-suite Bedrooms were perfect for our grown children and their significant others. The grandkids loved the bunk room and even having their own bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, and everything else you need to cook big meals for the family. We made all our meals at home. Have view from the living room and dining room of the mountains Are far better than the photos in the listing show. The dining area is big and comfortable and worked perfectly for our family of eight, as did the living room with fireplace and large screen TV for movie night. We really enjoyed the hot tub and deck as we had great spring weather. The property manager was helpful and attentive to our needs. I can recommend this place highly for anyone with a family looking for mountainside accommodations at Breck.

Great Location
The house is in a great location for both summer and winter activities right next to the gondola. Garage access is a bonus in the winter and the house was very comfortable for the 8 of us and would likely be for 10 as well. There is ample seating, dishes, cooking pans and utensils. TV in multiple rooms and an older Xbox and PlayStation in the lower level sitting area. The property management was fairly responsive and fixed a toilet issue the same day. However, they did not fix the dishwasher during our 6 day/5 night stay. Overall, I would say it was a positive experience and would give the property manager another chance.

Company Ski trip
I choose this place for my company's annual ski trip because of the location, size and number of beds, and we were not disappointed. This place was very spacious! We had 10 employees stay on site and two come down for the day to ski and join for lunch and dinner and never did we feel over crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The master bath is amazing, the hot tub was nice. and the location is perfect. However, there are lots of rules that come with this house "quite time" is one. No loud noise after 10pm per the rules list that will be sent to you after you book and prior to your stay, and that was fine for us. However, on night one we had five people in the hot tub and they were out of the hot tub prior to 10pm but we still received a courtesy text the following morning reminding us of the quite time but now stating it was 9pm which is not what the rules stated. After a full day of skiing and dinner plans a soak in the hot tub is just what everyone needs and as conversation happens it's hard to be quite with even three people. That is the only issue or non-issue. Everything else was perfect and we will definitely consider this location again if we come back to Breckinridge.

Amazing home with beautiful views
Wonderful home with amazing views. Our family and friends had a fantastic stay at this home. The kids loved the bunk room and den area at night to play games and hang out and the adults enjoyed the upstairs fireplace and chefs kitchen. The location could not be better for skiing as you are literally at the Peak 8 substation to go up the mountain or down into town! We will be booking our yearly ski trip at this home! Thanks for the amazing stay!

Great property in a perfect location
The perfect place for our family to kick off summer. Plenty of room for our 4 kids - great furnishings, but nothing fragile to get our 20-month old in trouble. The proximity to the gondola can't be beat - you're just minutes from a nice meal on Main Street or the fun alpine activities. Loved the fireplaces on brisk evenings and had so much fun making smores in the fire pit. We had one random issue when the dryer lint trap broke and tore holes in our clothing. The management company sent someone out immediately and reimbursed the cost of the destroyed clothing - so impressed with their customer service. We are exhausted after chasing 4 little ones through Colorado for a week, but if we ever get our energy back, we will happily return!

Beautiful home in great location
The house is in a perfect location, and is beautifully furnished. We had a couple of issues though that detracted from our stay. The house has a combination door lock that was not working, so we were unable to lock the house when we left (we were not given any keys). We called the management company the first day to report the problem. We were basically told to "try again", and they never followed up after that. Also, we were told that coffee would be left for the first morning, but none was. We were also told we could have a late checkout, but the cleaning service still arrived early the day of check out, and said that the office hadn't notified them about our late check out. I texted the management company about these issues, but never received any reply from them. So to sum it up: great house, but management could be improved.

This is an amazing house. It is so convenient to the gondola and peak 8 and town.
I have never stayed anywhere that was so well appointed with all the kitchen utensils, appliances, dishes, glasses, a wonderful gas grill on the deck, just anything you need for cooking. We were so happy with everything about the house , the location, the convenience of town, the heated garage, the hot tub, the extra towels, the pretty comforters, games, great tv system--just everything. The ONLY thing that was not to our expectations was the snow covered fire pit. It would have been extremely nice if the management company had kept the walkway to the hot tub and the fire pit dug out. One of the reasons we rented that particular house was for the hot tub, I called Pinnacle Management about it and they said they would send a crew up to dig it out--but they never did. Not a deal breaker for rental next year, but something that I will inquire about. Over all the house was spectacular--thanks for the opportunity to stay there.
