Cozy top-level condo with loft sleeps 6. Charming unit offers the convenience of a downtown location and peace-and-quiet in a top-level unit. Enjoy morning coffee and peak-a-boo views off the covered porch towards the ski slopes. Note: There is a spiral staircase leading to the loft, and 3 flights of stairs to the unit itself. 1 car per unit is allowed in an unassigned, paved and uncovered parking lot. Other unit amenities include onsite laundry facility.

This home has a queen master suite with a TV. The second bedroom features a twin bunk bed. There is additional accommodations for 2 in the loft with a double futon.

This property is just steps for the free shuttle stop. Guests have easy access to the slope and can choose to take the bus to the gondola or the bus directly to the base of Peak 10. This location offers the best of both worlds, walk to restaurants, shops, and bars and a short ride to the slopes.

If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. NOTHING LIKE THE LISTING
This property is nothing like the listing at all. The living room couch is torn into shreds, there are exposed wires right by the door, the staircase is made of PVC pipe that kept breaking. The upstairs bed listed was nothing but a mattress on the floor with NO bed frame, no lighting, and two box fans that barely worked. The walls had stains and mold all over. The bathroom toilet was rusted and covered in filth. The master bedroom wall was covered by ceiling tiles. The carpeting had stains everywhere as well as the walls. The lounging chair in the living room was broken at the bottom missing a foootrest. Neither the back door or front door locked properly. If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. There is a living room in the listing that was not even there. My group stayed one night (because we couldn't find anywhere to go at 10 pm) and then left. We were supposed to be there 4 nights, 5 days and could barely manage one night. We booked a new place immediately the next morning.Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT stay here. This properly is honestly fraudulent to even be posted as is and could be considered false advertisement.

Just enough for what you need
Don’t usually leave reviews but do want to do this one. I’ll say first the photos on the listing are from ages ago. Main things to point out— the couch has a few tears not pictured which didn’t cause an issue but it’s definitely seen better days. The loft “bed” is just a mattress on the floor. Not much of an issue for me as I camp often, but again false advertising. Aside from that, the stairs are super narrow so it’ll be a little difficult to get luggage up. And the railings are just PVC piping or something because if you hold on too strong they’ll pop out. The location was great, near the shuttles and close enough to downtown to walk. We spent most of the days in town or on the slopes so it wasnt a huge Issue but if you have more than 3 people you’ll definitely want to do another location. The place served the purpose of laying our heads down, eating and showering. The walls are kind of thin so you’ll hear whatever the people nearby are doing. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again but it was good for what we needed. Just update the photos or the furniture is all we ask. Additionally, the little hinge of the toilet seat had years of whatever has gotten in it, so we covered it with toilet paper to just not be too bothered by it. Also, if you have sensitivity to air then you’ll want to bring your own humidifier because the air definitely got super dry and made us stuffy.

Condo was great. Had everything to make it an enjoyable stay. Easy walking distance from everything on main street... approx 2-3 blocks from everything. It was convenient to have laundry on site.

Hot tub listed when booked had been removed. Laundry in basement is coin operated and there were a few bags of laundry for the building laying around. Overall, not displeased with accomodations but probably wont be booking this location again.

Very small. The circular staircase was very difficult to manage. The bed in the loft was terrible. A full mattress on top of a twin leaves a 12” overhang supported by two luggage racks!!

So dont let the pictures fool you they are edited to the max. Once our group checked in we noticed a foul smell of mold and mildew to the point where its unbearable. Nobody was able to sleep, everyone had stuffy noses in the morning and one person had a swollen face. We contacted owner and as were finishing trip have not received a call back, if i can give zero stars i would horriable experiance and plz dont edit pictures to make the place seem like what its not. And from a health standpoint go ahead and book another room sace yourself the headeches we have endured on this noghtmare of a trip.

Ultimate Ullr Experience
Our stay in downtown Breckenridge during Ullr Fest was unforgettable! The condo's prime location allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the festival's festivities, and the cozy, well-appointed space provided a perfect retreat after the day's adventures. Outdated, but quirky
Overall, the place sufficed. Can use a good bit of updating. Late check-in because the code was wrong. Took 3 hrs to get into the unit. Property management company wasn’t ready for my arrival. The unit must have just been painted, there was no art on the walls and dust/ paint buckets left out and residue everywhere. They sent a cleaning company out to clean. Took 3+ weeks for them to get someone in to hang the art back up. Unit has good bones, but I wouldn’t stay there again unless updates are made.

Great location, clean, easy to get around. My one complain is that the “loft bed” was not a bed but a futon mattress propped on top of random furniture. For the price of this property you would think they give you an actual bed. Expensive for college frat house level accommodations

The apartment is dated but did exactly what we needed it for. We were working on a budget for a friend's skiing trip. The Futon bed isn't really a bed it's made up of 3 items underneath and isn't very comfortable at all, A mattress on the floor would be better suited.

The rental was right by the mountain resort so accessing the lifts by walking or by bus was very easy. The loft bed was a bit weird, and tilted a bit, and the bunk area was very hot. Otherwise the space was fantastic.

Location is excellent. Easy walk to the lift. Other than the downstairs beds all of the furniture needs to be replaced. No wine glasses. Doors to the terrace are missing curtains. But you can’t beat the price!

Great location
We loved the location. The condo is walking distance to Main Street and the base of Peak 9 (the Village). There were several things we didn’t like about the condo. The picture of the room (which is tiny) with the bunk beds is misleading. The white bunk bed in the picture is not what was in the room. The bunk bed had a rickety metal frame. The railing for the top bunk was not attached. On the last day we found it under the bed and could not attach it. The ladder is scary and the mattresses were uncomfortable. I wouldn’t feel safe having a young child sleep on the top bunk. The mattress in the master bedroom was I think memory foam which meant there were indents from the last people sleeping in the bed. The mattress in the loft was too big for the frame. The couch in the main room needs to be replaced. It was not comfortable. The kitchen was fully functional but didn’t have enough forks and spoons for us (family of five).
