LOCATION – This home is located in the coveted ski-in / ski-out Warrior’s Mark neighborhood near Peak 9 & 10. Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer.

AMENITIES – The fully stocked island kitchen features custom cabinetry, polished granite counters and Thermador stainless steel appliances, all designed to make meal preparation enjoyable and easy. Settle into the living area, light the gas fireplace and watch TV with your family and friends. The lower level media room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture to watch a game or movie on the large screen TV. On sunny days or chilly nights, step onto the deck, maybe see some wildlife, enjoy the extreme peace and beauty of the area or to soak in the hot tub after an adventure-filled day.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Nice size home for everyone to have their own space and then gather in the living room and downstairs rec room for family time. The home was very clean. Linens were good quality. Great hot tub. One minor thing - there were more stairs than we expected. Overall, a good experience.

The only drawback was the construction currently happening on all sides of the house, so spending time on the decks hearing the outdoors was a little difficult. Great house; minor complaint
Overall, this is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood just to the south of Breck proper (underneath Peak 10 on the Ten Mile range). It is comfortable, well-stocked, clean, and has a beautiful view. It is also laid out very well and conducive to a large number of people staying there at once. You won't go wrong staying here. My one complaint has to do with the internet, which was not working very well when we stayed at the house. Management was fantastic in trying to help us with the situation, so I have no complaints there; it's just that the owner needs to desperately update their router. With that fix (which I suspect will happen pretty fast), this would easily be a five-star review for me.

Everything about the property was immaculate. Was way more than I expected. I’ve stayed in multiple properties in breckenridge and this one takes the cake. Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay out there. Very easy checkout process too. They don’t ask you to be their maid which is a huge plus. Stay here or you’ll regret it.

We had a lovely short stay at the Cloud Cabin with adults and kids. Everything was clean, well stocked, and convenient. The views from the deck are amazing! The hot tub was also a lovely addition. Our only regret, was not staying longer. We highly recommend this property.

Great potential, but needs some attention
Our weekend stay at Cloud Cabin was just OK. The best part was the location of the house, which helped with trying to get a family with 3 young kids skiing and the hot tub. The shuttle stop is at the driveway and runs every 15 minutes. Our first impression of the house was amazing: clean, newer, modern, etc. As we settled in, we quickly realized that it definitely needs some attention: - dishes in cabinets were dirty (mugs with hot chocolate caked on, plates with food, utensils with caked on food) - dirty dishwasher (food caked on inside) - dust on hood, shelves, mantle, light fixtures - sticky floors - wii remotes did not work (my kids were disappointed) - master shower door does not close all the way and water leaks out - lots of stains and tears on carpets and rugs - cracks in walls and scuff marks - holes in towels - not very kid friendly (no kid dishes, high chair, crib, toys/activities) - weather stripping on sliding door would fall out every time sliding door was opened. Overall, our experience was ok, but given that we paid more than $2,500 for 2 nights, I expected it to be cleaner and better maintained. For that price, I expected more… Things that could be improved: - cleanliness/maintenance - family games (we did find a couple puzzles and a deck of cards), but maybe some board games and kids’ books - a privacy screen at the hot tub (it’s right next to the street)

Great house, great view!!
The location was amazing which gave us some amazing views of the slopes. The house was just perfect for our family! The free shuttle to the slopes stopped literally at the end of the driveway which was very convenient and perfect at the end of a long day of skiing. We will definitely try to stay in this warm and cozy house again. It felt like home.

We had a small group (3 of us) for a bachelorette trip. Great location and plenty of room. Hot tub was great on cold nights and the fireplace was cozy. Beautiful view of the mountains and short drive down the mountain to town. The kitchen was very nice and easy to cook in. The shower was great, too and appreciated the heated floors. The bed on the lower level with the bathroom attached (my room) could definitely be higher off the floor - it might be difficult for an older person (or somebody sore from skiing) to get in and out. Otherwise, a really enjoyable stay!

This was our second year to stay in this home and it is lovely. It is very clean and comfortable. It gets a bit warm in the upstairs bedroom at night in the summer and there are no screens on the windows so we weren't comfortable leaving them open for cooler air. We did have fans but it was still quite warm. But, overall this is a lovely location and a lovely home.
