« When we arrived we had troubles with keypad. Could not park in driveway. They required street parking. We stayed 5 nights and only provided with 1 bath towel each.. also found a cockroach on our last night. There was only 1 small extra blanket.. we were told to be out by exactly 10am and the cleaning lady was right behind us yet we were asked to take garbage cans out to the road for them. Ive stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the least accommodating of all.. »

« What a fun property! April and Tony are generous, warm and hospitable. The property is private, clean, well stocked and comfortable. It has a fun, funky, beachy vibe. The pool is fantastic and they love dogs! Highly recommend this property with our thanks for a great stay! »

« The property was perfect for my 20 year old daughter and I who I was visiting. The bed is only a queen, but super comfortable and there is actually room to move around in the bathroom. My daughter brought her blow up bed that she used in the living room so we both had privacy. The porch was great for coffee in the morning and to sit and chat in the evening. I would rent it again. »

« The suite was perfect! Close enough for us to come back and forth while visiting family. A dip in the pool was a nice break every afternoon. Maria was the perfect host! Will stay here again when visiting family. »

« The room was as advertised unit actually smaller than I had imagined. The room was clean and had the appropriate amenities except that the closet was not usable as there was a table that was placed in the closet such that clothes could not be hung. I suggest rearranging the closet and remove the table so that the closet is usable. »

« Another 21 day work stay. After 9-10 hour days, I enjoyed relatively quiet nights, I was able to park almost every night in front of the property. Convienience to grocery store and several fast food restaurants close by. Due to no parking in the driveway, humping my personal crates, cooler, etc, was a pain but not unbearable. Host was very responsive to an electronic issue which was resolved next day promply by a professional hired by the host. Overall, I would stay again. »

« The property is in a working-class neighborhood that may give some people pause when navigating to the house, but it was super quiet and we enjoyed the stay. Great back yard. The only areas I can recommend for improvement are: get a new toaster. « The house was an amazing find for my son’s Spring Break. We had 11 people, 3 couples and 5 boys aged 15-20. The house has 3 en suite bedrooms which was perfect. We didn’t leave the house much as it provided our greatest entertainment. The pool, hot tub, and Tiki hut made us feel like we were at a resort. There were (2) full size refrigerators which were perfect for us as we cooked quite a bit. The drum set and karaoke setup were a great touch. We had a fabulous time and this is one of the best...
