Bedroom 1: Queen Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV and full bathroom across the hall

Master Bedroom: King Size Bed, Reading Area, Flat Screen TV, and Full Size Bathroom
Loft overlooking Living Area: Twin Beds with game table to enjoy some of the supplied board games

Bottom Level:
Game Room: Sectional Sofa, Electric Fireplace, foosball table, Flat Screen TV complete with XBox One.
Garage: Dart Board, Mini Basketball Net, and Junior Size Ping Pong Table.
Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer

Deck: Enjoy two levels of decks, complete with chairs to watch the sunsets.
Firepit and Hot Tub: There’s a firepit beside the hot tub, perfect for having conversation with those relaxing in the new hot tub installed in 2021.

AWD or 4WD vehicles required during winter months.

Dog Friendly:
Property is dog friendly for approved dogs. We do ask that the dog is mature, has indoor manners, and will stay in a kennel (provided) when left unattended. At that point, he/she will be approved. There is a non-refundable dog fee of $125 per dog (up to 2 dogs).

There is a private driveway for guests for up to 4 cars.

We the host will be available to answer or help you 24/7.

Hot tub: Make sure to test the hot tub with the provided tester strips before getting in the hot tub. Also, swimwear is only allowed in the hot tub, NO normal clothes because they will ruin the water.

Trash: Please place all trash in the provided trash bags, and place the trash bags in the trash bins near the driveway. Do not put loose trash in the trash cans.

Pets: 2 dogs max, you must supervise the dogs at all times, you have to put the dogs in the provided kennel when leaving your dogs at the house.

Please do not unplug any of the electronics(TVs, Xbox, etc).
