Off River Street Cottage is a cozy stay for travelers to beautiful Boise area.

The kitchen has all the amenities for some fine home cooking or take the Pioneer walkway to a nice downtown Boise restaurant just a few blocks away. Walk across the footbridge into Ann Morrison Park. No parking issues with this vacation rental just blocks to the Boise Art Museum or Idaho Historical Museum. All these great attraction in walking distance. But if you are tired of walking, the cottage has a couple cruiser bikes ready to roll in any direction for fun.

Delightful Surprise!
We were intrigued when we saw the location of the property. Great access to the paths along the river. A very short walk to food cart pod and just around the corner from a great brewery. The home was clean, well stocked and super organized. Will certainly stay here again.

this property put us in walking distance to river front and city center. little of a quirky set up, but stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Loved how close it was to the Greenbelt, with downtown Boise not that much farther. Rode bikes and walked all over the place. Great time!

Loved the cottage! Super location- right next to the river bike trail and brewery, and easy walk to downtown. Great neighbor with her super sweet dog made it feel very neighborhoody! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, cozy cottage
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It is beautifully decorated with excellent attention to detail. They thought of everything! The location is fantastic - walking distance to downtown and to the river and parks. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Convenient home away from home
This was a terrific place to stay while I attended a professional conference at the Boise Centre. It was within a reasonable walking distance, but access to a bicycle and a bike-able city with trails really made it a breeze. The rental was comfortable and clean, and included everything I needed for a comfortable stay!

Great Location and Neighbors
The location is perfect walking distance and perfect location to see Boise. Olive the neighbor and her dog Elton were very nice and polite. Elton can sing which was incredible. Really added to the experience. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We loved our stay! Comfortable, clean, roomy place with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the location. We love riding our bikes and were excited about the bikes that are available but they have coaster brakes (not the usual hand brake levers with rim brakes that adult bikes have) so we had to pass on riding them.

Great Cabin at wonderful location
We loved our stay at the cabin. Check in was seamless and easy. The cabin was clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates. It was great to have the bicycles available. We arrived on motorcycles, so bicycling around town was great. The cabins are just a short walk from the greenbelt and there is a taproom in walking distance. Also caught up on some Pacman (haven't played that game in 30+years) which was fun. The cabin shows a lot of attention and love to detail. Would highly recommend and would check whether it's available for our next stay. . .

Perfect for work and leisure
My husband and I loved this home! It was perfect for our long weekend getaway to Boise. The location was perfect for us to walk to downtown, to the river walk and local breweries & restaurants. There were a pair of bikes to make exploring even easier. The owners really thought of everything from games, movies, BBQ, extra blankets & towels to the complementary bottle of wine & chocolates. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Boise!

Great Stay, Convenient Location
We spent the weekend in Boise, just a block or so from the river bike paths and food trucks. We brought our eScooters, but if we hadn’t, we would have certainly used the provided cruiser bikes. Cottage was super comfortable and we had a blast playing Ms. Pac-Man and Dig-Dug on the retro game machine. Highly recommend this stay. Many downtown restaurants are a few minutes away via Uber due to its prime location.

Great location
The home was perfect for us. Clean, nice neighborhood and easy access to downtown and the university. Marty was super responsive. Our first day there is was 103 degrees and I was having trouble getting the house to cool down, but he was able to help and it was perfectly comfortable for the rest of our stay:)

Great Stay Overall
Overall, this was a great VRBO. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our son at BSU. The only issue we had was with check-in. Check-in time showed 3:00 in the app, and we showed up at 3:49 to the door unlocked and cleaning in progress. This wasn't a huge issue for us because we were able to go see our son at his place and hang out for a bit. Once we got in, everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable place wirh a great location and everything we needed!

Great Location
This property was everything we needed for our stay in Boise. It's a perfect size for a couple. It was a very convenient location to get to both the River walk and downtown. It was extra nice of the owner to leave us a bottle of wine and chocolates which were much appreciated after our flights. Boise and Idaho in general was very clean and felt safe. I don't know if we will every get back to Idaho again but if we do, I will definitely stay here.

Cute & Comfortable Cottage
Our overall stay was nice. Location was great. I do feel a check list should be done to make sure all appliances are working. The TV remote was solar powered and wouldn't work. There is a charging option, but no charger. We could turn it on, but not able to change source or channels.

House was great, accomodations perfect! Location was only real downside. Close to downtown, but neighborhood may be sketchy at night. Only issue with home was showerhead. A $5 part at the hardware store would make the shower much better. If you are over 6ft tall the shower will be a struggle. But overall rating 4*

Visiting Family
I think we were the first to stay long term. We stayed 7 nights and needed to put all of our belongings in the drawers. We had to clean the drawers out and the floor in the back room was dusty and needed a good mopping. We didnt find a mop but cleaned with wipies. We left it like we would have liked to find it. Other than that, the place is AMAZING. We played video games all week, we love to cook, so we cooked and spent much time with my sisters family. My daughter stayed with us so the extra twin was great to have. I would recommend this place to eveyone 2-3 people tops. Thank you for the wine and candy. And thank you for the wonderful movies. We got home and ordered "The Robe".
