Clean, Convenient and Quiet Location
Clear communication and easy to reach when needed … when I struggled with the lock initially (user error) the management group was quick to respond and got me sorted quickly. The space is tidy and well thought out to maximize the space. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and parking was easy even though it was on the street in the downtown area. Groceries and dining options within walking distance and an expansive selection within a short drive including walking streets and fabulous shopping (check out Hyde Park and/or 8th by Freak Alley). Easy to jump on the freeway for out of town travel needs.

Cute tiny house
The house is adorable and it has used all space available. The bed is very comfortable but bear in mind you do have to crawl up and down a ladder. The house is in a neat and safe neighborhood. It would be much nicer in the months where the patio could be in use. We enjoyed our stay.

North end getaway
This place was quaint and clean. Pretty small but very well laid out and has everything needed for a stay in a sweet area. The bed in the loft is wonderful but the pullout is outdated and uncomfortable, just like all of them. Overall, wonderful place. The fire pit would be really awesome but our weather didn’t allow it.

Cute little home
The room would probably be pretty hot but it was only 70 when we were there so it worked great for us. I would want AC if it was 75_80 or higher.

Great place to stay but it's TINY as the title says
Can't do 1/2 stars but this is a 4.5 for sure. Great place and location. Decor is terrific. very tastefully done. It's tiny as described. My daughter stayed 1 night of the 3 I booked. she slept on pullout. two negatives. Place is perfect for 1 person or two who sleep in the same bed. Bath sink is almost unusable it's so small. I would definitely stay again if I'm traveling to Boise alone or with my wife.

Has so much potential....
I RARELY write reviews...especially if it is anything "negative", but I feel as someone who relies on the reviews of others...to do my part here and share our experience so others have some information they can choose to take from or ignore. This rental honestly has so much potential to be an incredible place. The interior design is AWESOME! The kitchen is well stocked, the set up is smart, the location is ideal...it really is a very cool place! And if we had stayed in the spring or fall...I would probably give it a 4/5 (the ants would still make me inclined to give 4 stars instead of 5). The main reason for my lower rating is the lack of A/C. It's true that the listing does make it clear there is no A/C, but I feel it my duty to let others know that this really IS a big deal. We stayed here for a full week and I just kept thinking "I wonder what the owners would do about this if they stayed here for a week during 90 to 100 degree weather?" I think they would immediately realize the windows should open (yes, they don't open at all), install screens to at least allow cool air, possibly install a screen on the one skylight that does open, and simply invest in a small window air conditioner. It was truly almost unbearable. And yes...we opened both doors each evening to try and let some air in before going to sleep, but this brought in a LOT of insects due to the nice yard of trees, etc. In addition, there was a HUGE ant problem throughout our visit. I notified management and they said they'd send someone to spray eventually. We could literally see a line of ants marching into the building across the back alley one evening...was kind of funny, but it also wasn't. Again, I honestly do not like writing negative reviews, but I'm hoping this will make the owners realize it's simply not responsible to rent this space during the summer months under the current conditions it is in. If they will fix this (and work on the ants)...I would quickly give it a 5 out of 5!

Wonderfully Cozy
This tiny home was a lovely place to snuggle in together for a special Christmas time. The use of space is well thought out, and the owners give ample space to their guests so that it feels as though you have your own corner of the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Star Gazing from the Loft
This tiny house was perfect for the two of us! It is well-designed and quite efficient. I enjoyed seeing the stars shining through the skylight above my side of the loft! The only recommendation we have would be for a larger rug to cover the chilly floor. It would also be nice to have a small stand for toiletries in the bathroom. All in all, it is comfortable and in a great location!

Great Tiny House but NO Air Conditioning
We loved the tiny house as far as location and cleanliness. It had everything we would need if we had wanted to cook meals there. Excellent supply of linens and towels. However, it was over 100 degrees in Boise each day we were there and there is absolutely no air conditioning in the tiny house. It was almost unbearable the first night. The only window that opens is one of the sky lights and there is no screen. We had many bugs join us in the house. It is safe. It is a good price. Just don't go in the summer when it is hot. I also messaged the rental company twice through VRBO and they never responded. The only way to get ahold of them was to call them.
