the concept of different themes is definitely very cool, we stayed in the London Fog room but, the bathroom sink was clogged, the stopper was black & looked like it was not cleaned in months! We brought this to the front desk’s attention & it was kind of cleaned while we stepped out for a bit, there was also a rug in the restroom that looked dirty, honestly remove the rug if housekeeping doesn’t bother cleaning it. Our breakfast the 2nd day was not delivered & when I called the front desk, it seemed like our original selections were lost… The Hotel lobby & hallway is a bit dated & dingy. But, once we stepped into the room we felt like we were in a different place, I just wish it were clean. The tub is a bit high, for shorter people, it was a struggle getting in/out for a shower. I hope these issues are resolved so better care to the cleanliness of the rooms/overall hotel & attention to detail on their breakfast orders are addressed so the next customer has a better experience.
