We loved the short walks with our 4yo to the river for a swim, or morning visitors on the deck and the relaxing ambience of the environment. "We had such a lovely family getaway at Cedar Lodge. The cabin had everything we needed including books, games and a huge collection of DVDs - it reminded me of the days before streaming when we used to go to Blockbuster to chose a movie. The kids loved hand-feeding seed to the King Parrots and Crimson Rosellas that came to the balcony and we also enjoyed our games of tennis with the equipment provided. The highlight was being able to walk down to the Williams river and swim at the absolutely stunning Crystal Pools whenever we wanted. So beautiful! "
