This luxury condo has it all. You can't beat the location & all amenities at this price. Next to Powderhorn's parking lot & Ottawa National Forest. 1700 sq ft condo in a wooded area. Breathtaking views. Features an indoor private 24/7 8-person hot tub, private sauna, zero-gravity massage chair, central air, infinite hot water, 4k 65" tv, Atmos theater (high-end 11channel), memory foam beds, heated bidet, wifi, fireplace, smart grill, instant pot, & stocked kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

- Access to the whole private condo (1700 sq ft). The indoor hot tub and sauna are private and only for this condo. Each condo has its own indoor hot tub, sauna, atmos theater, and fireplace. The hot tub is on year-round and has a built-in dehumidifier. The front driveway of this condo can fit 3-4 vehicles and is long enough to fit trailers.

- Off-season nightly pricing differs from season nightly pricing (winter, summer).

- Free to use private high-end commercial-grade Atmos theater (at the commercial cinema, it would cost $15-20 per person per movie for the Atmos room). Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu+, and Netflix 4k are free and available for streaming.

- NEW: Free-to-use zero-gravity massage chair (SL track using 3d robot hands for full massage with shiatsu, waist heater, & foot roller). 6 auto modes including whole body, neck, extension, sleep, sports rejuvenation, and elderly. 6 manual modes including kneading, tapping, kneading+tapping, knocking, kneading+knocking, and shiatsu.

- Coffee is provided free of charge.

- The vacation home offers direct access to ATV/side-by-side/snowmobile trails via county roads, which are ATV and snowmobile-friendly. Enjoy the convenience of setting off on your adventure right from your doorstep!

- This vacation home is in Ottawa National Forest and is right next to Big Powderhorn Mountain, and the parking lot can be seen through the windows. You can easily walk to the ski lifts. Mt. Zion, Copper Peak, and ABR trails are 5 mins away. Indianhead and Black Jack are about 15 mins away. Ottawa National Forest and Porcupine Mountain are nearby. Snowmobile and ATV trails are close. There are lots of waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. Tons of outdoors and nature.

We were disappointed. The owner wasn't very accommodating or kind. Wouldnt provide washcloths, handtowels, etc. The place needed a good cleaning and basic supplies. Wouldn't return or recommend.

What a Find!
This place has tremendous amenities; the personal hot tub was very clean, the sauna and massage chair were used daily, plus the tv/movie system is excellent; really enjoyed it all. We cooked most nights (stayed five nights). The kitchen is really well stocked. We had a few questions, Lue responded quickly. We (four girl ski trip) were very happy there.

Comfortable beds
We are in our upper sixties and a comfortable bed is important to us. We got that in the two king sized beds. The extra’s were fun such as the hot tub!

A little disappointing
The property is in a good location but needs some tlc; cleaning and updating. The window sills and blinds were dirty. The hot tub also had dirt in it which the host stated was from the filtration system. The refrigerator had only one shelf and the freezer had no shelf which made it difficult to use; needed to keep items that didn’t stack well in coolers. Not enough wash cloths, hand towels or kitchen towels provided for 4 adults staying for a week when a washer and dryer are not available. The deck also needs work. There was adequate parking for vehicles and trailers. Everyone loved the message chair! The updated shower heads and faucets are very nice.

Great location and the best designed rental we have seen - 3 levels and the lower level is an amazing entirely private spa with private hot tub and sauna perfect after a day of skiing - also upgraded high end theatre was awesome and what really topped it off is the professional massage chair that everyone loved - even small details like high end bathroom fixtures and details were not missed -

great location / neighborhood with a great views, well stocked, clean home with modern amenities. sauna, hot tub & massage chair were key to this wonderful spa-cation. 3 levels & plenty of dinning / living / spa space. New Year's fireworks from Powderhorn were an added bonus, viewed from our porch chairs. thanks to the host for the most at a great price.
