"Lors de notre arrivée le lit de nos enfants n’était pas fait. Nous sommes donc retourné à l’accueil la personne à l’accueil nous a proposé de changer de chambre avant de nous dire que ce n’était pas possible. On nous a donc donné un drap une couette et seulement un oreiller pour le lit de nos enfants. Nous ne trouvons pas vraiment cela acceptable de la part d’un hôtel 4 étoiles."

Located in the city center, it was incredibly convenient to explore everything with ease. The highlight of my stay, though, was meeting Annika, the host. She is warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. During a snowstorm, she went above and beyond by offering me a piece of cake, a small gesture that left a big impression. It was the perfect touch of comfort on a cold day. The commun space is spacious, beautifully designed, and made for relaxation. "Chambre triple confortable pour 3 adultes et 5 nuits. Propreté pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel et bon rapport qualité-prix. Bien situé, quoique un peu bruyant la nuit (des bouchons d'oreilles règlent le problème). Très bon petit déjeuner et employés accueillant et serviables."
