"Great hotel, fantastic restaurant. Rooms very comfortable, clean and warm. The whole hotel had a lovely ambience to it, and is very unique and unusual, steeped in history. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and accommodating. The hotel is slightly remote, it is quite a distance from the nearest town, and there is not much in the way of local amenities, which I only really noticed as i was there for a 4 day stay."

"Stayed one night. An absolutely adorable little hotel. The greeting by the owner was just perfect. Room big enough for two. Bathroom super fresh. Great location. Simple but OK breakfast. Free coffee and refreshments throughout the stay. Bikes free to borrow, and the same goes for the hotel’s rowing boat! Will definitely stay again if coming back to Nora!"
