Magnificent Creater Road Retreat with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathroom on 1.2 acres.

This magnificent house is specially built for vacation rental. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a loft, 3200 square feet sitting on 1.2 acre lot. 5-7 minutes to the golf courses, river, parks and the Old Mills District which is a tourist hot spot and shopping center. 5-7 minutes to down town which is also a hot spot for dinning, shopping, and sightseeing. 20-25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade Lakes. 2-3 minutes to factory outlet and other shopping, and restaurants. Easy access to the high way. The house has granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. and 6 person hot tub, a gas grill and outdoor dinning table and chairs and a fire pit on the back patio. The kitchen is full equipped with all you need for cooking, grilling, baking, and catering. There is a pingpong table, a air hockey table, a foosball table and lots of other games for both kids and adults. The beds, sofas and chairs are very comfortable. If you like everything new, this is the house for you to stay. 65 inch 4K TV with Netflix.and high speed internet are available. It can accommodate up to 20 people comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have King beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunker bed. The fifth bedroom has two twin bunk beds. The bedroom converted from a dinning room has a king bed. The great room has a 65" 4k TV and four sofas, one of the sofas is a sleeping sofa. It can sit 16 or more people. The loft has a twin or full bunker bed. The house has central air-condition and heat pump. Potty trained pets are allowed. We have another house of exactly same floor plan, two miles away from this house. The listing ID of that house is 932319. We also have a brand new 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom with in a mile of this house. The listing ID is 3256422. Please check them out. We have a CCTV camera outside the house between the front door and the garage door. Before guests checking in, unless forgotten, we usually take away the module of the camera so that the camera cannot be turned on. The camera is to monitor outside of the house when it is vacant. Please let the host David know if there are any questions.

Outstanding Location
It is a superb property in a nice location for a winter skiing experience. It is also conveniently located near downtown Bend, OR. David was a wonderful host who responded to requests in a timely manner. The place had plenty of space for two families, each with two teenage children.

Perfect for our large group
Spent the weekend at the property for 3nights with a group of 15 guys for my bachelor party. The house was excellent, well stocked with everything you would need to host a large group. Property was spacious and we all slept comfortably in the many beds. We made ample use of the grill, jacuzzi, fire pit, and all of the bikes provided in the garage. Property is about 15min out from the central area of Bend, but well worth that extra commute to have a quiet and spacious homebase for the weekend. David the host was responsive and check in/out process is seamless. Highly recommend!

Great stay in a beautiful location
We greatly enjoyed our stay. We came for a baseball tournament and this central location was perfect. The house is stocked, has very comfortable beds, is very nice and clean and the host is very communicative and nice. We loved our stay and highly recommend this home.

Great Bend house for a large group.
Stayed her with a group of friends for a great weekend of skiing. The house is quite large and has plenty of amenities. About a 40 minute drive up to Mt Bachelor and 15 minutes in to town. Kitchen is well equipped. The house was quite secluded from the rest of the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for a large group/ family.

Fantastic stay
The property manager, David, was very communicative and made our stay incredibly easy. The house was fantastic and looks even better than in the pictures. We stayed as part of ski trip and the great part of this location is there are two different ways to get to Mt Bachelor so you can easily avoid the worst of the traffic. Loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this VR to others!

This beautiful and clean B&B more than accommodated our family of 14, ranging from newborn to Grandpa. The hot tub was a highlight for many of us. There was also no hassle about having our two dogs at this B&B. The only thing that could have made it better would have been SNOW!

Large home
Nice place overall. Online description only showed bedrooms for 13. Unsure where the rest of our party was going to sleep. Beds in open areas amd closets. Lots of bunk beds were hard for couples but overall a good experience. Plenty of linens and kitchen was fairly well stocked for a vrbo house. Tons of storage and TV's for everyone. Wish there was snow like we planned but not your fault lol, so we were stuck inside way more than we planned to be.

David was exceptional at communication and providing info on nearby places to hike. The house was everything David said it was….Met all of our needs for a large family gathering. The neighborhood was quite and easy to get around in. The hot tub was a hit and so was the air hockey and ping pong table….5 star rating and will book again in the future.

In town for a wedding
This was a great property for our stay in Bend. There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone! We appreciated the abundance of beds, pillows, blankets. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit and jacuzzi. The kids even rode the bikes around the neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

David is super nice, flexible and great to work with! The house has everything you’ll need. Hot tub is clean! Yard is HUGE with tons of outdoor livability! Dog friendly. WiFi was weak but otherwise a really great stay.

Bend bicycling trip with friends!
The house was plenty large to accommodate our group of 12, and the kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of appliances, etc. We enjoyed the location to Bend and the activities. The yard was a bit dusty and subject to the local elements of deer, etc. It would have been nice to have more of that manicured, however when looking at the rest of the neighborhood, all the lawns were similar, so thinking the soils are limiting that process. The only disappointment was that the garage is full of stuff, we expected 10 of the owners bikes, but it was stuffed full of other things and we were unable to use it for storage (bikes) during our visit. David is very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times. Couple of areas could have been a bit cleaner, but still very nice.
