Perfect weekend getaway
This house was exactly as advertised. We all enjoyed the jacuzzi and the gas stove provided warmth and coziness. We intended to bring our crockpot, but forgot. Relieved to discover the kitchen was stocked with one. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home!

Gorgeous home

Great Family Accommodations
Very clean and nice floor plan. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs was a great setup for the kids! Location….It was an easy bike ride to the Sharc and village. Plenty of bikes in the garage, and the quiet, private setting on the deck was fantastic to allow us to enjoy some good family time. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good times in Sunriver!

Great place and location
We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It's perfectly located to all the fun stuff and has a great “backyard” and a hot tub. House had everything needed for cooking, and I had a few questions before we arrived which were quickly answered. I highly recommend.

Wonderful Gathering Place
Great space for being together with friends and family in Beautiful Sunriver! On a quiet cul de sac, quick bike ride to a park, short drive to the village, with passes to enjoy SHARC, it’s great! Nice to have the air conditioning. Kitchen had everything we needed! Wanted to stay longer!

Comfy Home
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the home over the Thanksgiving holiday. Loaded with nice amenities, including the warm fireplace, jacuzzi, well stocked kitchen, and assortment of bikes in the garage. Only recommended improvement would be the mattress in the master bedroom, which was soft and sagging toward the center.

Everything was as expected. Bikes were a little outdated and only 1 can be used by children. The house is near fort rock park which is very nice. The SHARC passes are a huge bonus.

Great Location
Nice house with A/C and unlimited passes to the SHARC was a major plus. House is stocked with bikes but we brought our own. The bed situation did not match the description (queen sleeper is upstairs in living room and not downstairs) and wasn't ideal for our family but we made it work. We would probably stay here again.

Property was as advertised. I would suggest a rack inside the upstairs shower to hold guests soap, shampoo etc. Also, to make sure towel racks are secure and do not come off the wall when taking towels off of it. Maybe, a grip handle when getting out of the tub.

Pictures make it look good.
The house was very clean but… I feel as tho the pictures make the house look nicer then it is. The beds and pillows are horrible! The reclining chairs had rips in the head rest so every time you lean back your hair gets pulled! Getting to the hot tub you go out into the garage, out the back garage door to the walkway. It would have been nice if they put ice melt out so you could actually get to it, we didn’t take out chance since it was covered in thick ice. Very disappointing…

Nice property but could have shown much better
We were excited to visit this property and Sunriver for the first time, and overall we were not disappointed. That said though, for the price we paid, I expect things to show a bit more tip-top. For example, the carpets in the bottom level have stains, the walls have scuff marks, both main bedrooms had burnt out lightbulbs, the patio furniture on both levels were absolutely filthy and looked obviously uncleaned for quite some time, and the adapter for the electric fireplace was buzzing (which we unplugged for safety) and there was no shelf or anything in the main level shower for which to place your toiletries. Those issues aside, the place was sufficiently appointed, we actually quite dug the decor, there were plenty of kitchen items available for use, and even though we didn't use the SHARC passes, I could see those being useful had our stay been longer. The beds were a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable nonetheless with nice sheets and a good selection of pillows. The hot tub was clean and everything worked, but going out at night meant very little light to walk there and only a few of the solar lights surrounding the tub worked. I think overall, if I was the owner of the home I might be a bit disappointed in Arrived and their management. I would like to give them another try at another property before making that judgment call however. I have top status at two separate hotel chains, and understand the lengths they go to make people feel welcome. When I got a text from Arrived on our date of check-in saying we could check in early for a fee, this was the first sign I wasn't really being welcomed. I hope they do better next time.
