Located at the north end of Sunriver, both the Woodlands Golf Course and the Sunriver Marketplace are an easy walk away.

The house itself is spacious with plenty of room to relax. The main room has a selection of comfy furniture, a full bookshelf, and a flat screen cable TV with a DVD player and a library of movies. A gas fireplace makes this room extra cozy on colder nights.

In the same room is a dining table that will seat six - great for a family dinner or board games. There are three stools at the kitchen counter right beside the table for extra seating. A fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of counterspace makes cooking easy and enjoyable, and a dishwasher saves you the hassle of clean-up.

Outside is a deck with patio furniture and a table where you'll be able to enjoy sunny days, and a gas grill for barbecuing your favorite meals. The hot tub is surrounded by a fence for private and luxurious soaking.

Three bedrooms and three full baths make this house suitable for up to eight guests. One bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a TV, another features a queen bed and a twin. The master has a queen bed, a full private bath, TV, and direct access to the hot tub outside. A sofabed in the living room will sleep the remainder of the guests.

A private washer/dryer makes laundry easy, and WiFi is available for your convenience. In the garage you'll find four bikes for exploring over 30 miles of paved bike paths, and your SHARC passes will ensure you have plenty more fun lined up!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
