Beautiful home with great location
This property was just what our family needed. It was well stocked, and perfectly located to give us access to all the places we wanted to visit while in AR— Bentonville, Devil’s Den, Eureka Springs. The bonus was being able to park in the garage, which protected our car from hail during the storms that came through. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Like new
This was a dream VRBO, it was like new, spick & span and unbelievably well appointed. Had our family Thanksgiving meal here and there was everything we needed and a lot more. Hope to be a repeat user. Owners should note that the heat pump didn’t seem to be working so we had to use Emergency setting that uses a lot more electricity. Regardless we were quite comfortable. Some service is probably needed.

The residence has a nice layout so all of the bedrooms are not right next to each other. The kitchen area is nice for a large gathering for games and meals. We did not use the outside firepit, but it looked very cozy with multi-colored Adirondack chairs in the garage use. The deck also had a patio table with an umbrealla. It truly met all of our needs. There are other rentals in the block and our other family members stayed nearby. Very convenient.

Everything about the house was fantastic. It was even nicer in person than in the pictures. Most everything in the house is new or has a new feel to it. The host was also great to communicate and work with! We will definitely plan on using this house in the future if we are in the area.

This property was fantastic. It had EVERYTHING you need. Well equipped kitchen to accommodate any cooking needs! Plenty of towels! Comfortable beds! Great living room furniture to relax in. Among nicest rentals we've ever stayed!
Perfect for a family or small group. The furnishings are new and comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. The large kitchen is very well stocked with modern appliances and well equipped. It definitely had the nicest kitchen of any place we've rented. There is excellent wifi. Although we did not bike, there is a large garage with bike equipment. The owner was responsive and very pleasant.

Great Place!
This house was perfect for our family of four! Kelly had everything we needed to make our spring break trip to Northwest Arkansas an awesome experience. We biked from the house to the Back 40 and only had a short drive to other nearby trails. We’ll be back soon and would rent this place again!

Quiet Retreat in Bella Vista
The home is basically new with an upscale feeling throughout. Great kitchen opening into a spacious dining area and family room. Beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless. View of the woods just beyond the deck in a very quiet neighborhood.
