« This place is amazing. The cabin is in a perfect location, nestled among the trees atop a hill. It’s so quiet up there, but we did see a few turkey and deer. The cabin was exactly how it was listed. It was clean and well stocked. The location is perfect for star gazing, although I recommend waiting until 3am for the perfect view. We were quite happy with our stay and already planning another trip. »

« everything about this place is perfect. we loved how secluded it is while only being a short drive to chillicothe! extremely clean, had everything we needed, and host was quick to respond to any questions we had. we plan on coming back someday! the only thing i would recommend is driving an SUV or truck to the property, my small sedan scraped underneath a little bit getting into the driveway, but no big deal. 10/10! »

« Nice spots to camp and mostly peaceful. Water was very low so the stream was dry, not a problem though. The grass could’ve been mowed in the camping spot. Lots of ticks so bring spray. Also about 8pm a bunch of people came and camped or partied next to us through out the night. There were about 10 cars and were very loud much later than 10 pm. »

« We had a relaxing weekend. Very peaceful! The last day check out we were emailed with the code to door that check out time was 11a. Cleaning lady arrived at 10:10a asking us when we were leaving. I explained the email said 11a. Thankfully we had everything packed an ready. She was very pleasant we let her in to start cleaning while we packed up. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. »

« We loved this property! But the drive in was difficult on a motorcycle because of loose gravel and narrow lanes. Also, we could not carry firewood on the bike back to the cabin and wished there was firewood available at the cabin to use. Otherwise, the property is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. « My favorite part of the cabin was sitting on the front porch watching the falling leaves and experiencing the fall season. The location was perfect for us. Just minutes from Tar Hollow and Riser Barn where the wedding was being held for our niece. The cabin was cozy and private. I enjoyed being able to relax and breathe in nature. »
