This has been the worst experience I have had with reserveing a room. I made a reservation through Expedia where I paid for a room that was advertised as being available ahead of time with my debt card at Woodsprings and when I arrived to the property I couldn't not find the front desk when I finally did there was not anyone available at the desk so I called the number and was put on hold for a very long time before someone finally arrived with our any greeting to let me know she was there once I figured it out the woman child that was working asked me what I had wanted with the worst attitude as she wiped the sleep out of her eyes. She proceeded to tell me that she sees my reservation but she ain't got no rooms available and treated me as thought it was my falt & as I calmly try to get more info from her on what I should do she said she dont know its not her problem to call the number so my comment was I was not happy with the situation & that this was my last little bit of money & I had no where else to go she responded sorry good bye. & now Im being told by the agent that I may not be able to get a refund because I didnt pay for insurance & that if I do I may have to wait 7 day. They couldnt even offer me another room at another place nearby like I asked. & to top it all they sent me a message asking me how my stay was & to give them a rating. So here you go thats my review. All around horrible experience I will never book through Expedia again or Woodsprings Hotels
