« This Lake house was recently renovated and is sitting on the banks of Picton bay. Cool breezes and lots of shade. Our Host was there to greet us. Then cottage was air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. The four of us had a very enjoyable week at this cottage/home. Lots of chairs were available as well as many outdoor games to entertain children. A+++ »

« Spacious, clean, and well-appointed converted church about 10 minutes from Picton. Nice living area, really cozy back room with a water view, and roomy bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Easy checkin and detailed instructions/notes re: the house and area. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. »

« L’acces à l’eau pour la baignade est difficile et le fond de l’eau n’est pas beau. Beaucoup d’algues. Pour le reste tout était parfait. Les lits confortables. La cuisine WoW. Air climatisée. 2 salles de bains complètes. La vue magnifique. La véranda avec la grande table était un plus. Par contre le jour il fait chaud la dedans. ( Ce serait bien d’y avoir des stores pour pouvoir garder la fraîcheur. Je reviendrais 👌 »

Host was readily available to answer questions and even stopped by to deliver family board games. I loved that the home was pet friendly as well. « Host Shannon was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to messages when we had questions. She came right over when he had an issue with the lock. The little house had everything we needed and was very clean. We were able to adjust the temp for our comfort. The place had a neat little yard for us to take our dog out. We would book again if we are ever in the Kingston area! Thanks Shannon for being a wonderful host! »

« Great host and very responsive. Overall the house was acceptable although smaller than what we expected for 4 people. The only bathroom although spacious is upstairs. Double and queen beds are both comfortable. Although the house has been renovated it shows its age with its squeaky floors. Kitchen well equipped, has wine glasses and a bonus wine bottle from the owners. »

« My son and I started at this property for a week while visiting friends in Kingston. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. House is in a great family neighborhood about 15 minutes outside the city center. We only rented one car and my son was using it a lot of the time. Didn't present any problem though as there are lots of restaurants and shopping choices within an easy walk. « Nous avons été à sandbanks et il fallait prendre le ferry. C’était souvent très long l’attente pour embarquer. On doit compter au moins 45 minutes de plus à notre temps réel. Sinon, l’accès à l’eau de la propriété est plutôt loin de la maison. Si vous avez un paddle board, on peut en mettre un à l’eau quand même facilement. Mais il faut le transporter jusque là. J’aurais mis l’accès plus proche. Ça aurait été le fun d’avoir un kayak à notre disposition. Pour le reste, chalet de très bon goût et...

« This house is very nice. It is clean with lots of cozy spots to hangout. Toys and games for the kids and the grown ups. It is a little far from things to do, but it was so relaxing at the house that we didn't mind the drive out. We loved the kayaks. »
