"Upon our arrival the lady on the reception had an attitude. We were charged for Wifi, despite Wifi being included in the reservation. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The Hotel does not have Air condition, and again it was included in the room's description. Thankfully there was a very friendly man working on the reception who actually cared. He gave us another upgraded room - but we had to pay additional $20/night The breakfast was good. The entire Hotel is decades past it's best times,...

"Not great, started off great with early checkin but then on returning about 4.30 found that there were no towels in the room, no duvet covers or pillow cases , the safe was shut and unable to open and very few electrical outlets. Also no kettle in the room to make a cuppa after climbing stairs as there was no lift and i was on the 4th floor"

" A little dated hotel/rooms. A tiny television with no functionality such as apple play or google casting. I booked a double bed but got a room with 2 single beds side by side which dosnt really work as a double bed because of the gap in the middle. Overalll quiet and clean."

"Very nice hotel, incredible value for money and breakfast included. Only complaint really I was in room 301 which was near the elevator which I could hear late at night and early morning. I did not bother asking to change rooms as I was tired and there for just one night. Would happily stay again. "
