We reserved a room with a private plunge pool, but the filter was broken so we couldn’t use it The staff was great about apologizing - they have us a 2000 baht food credit and a bottle of champagne. The spa is amazing - the hotel staff is excellent Beautiful hotel Area around it is a little sketchy

The property is well kept, but they need to pay attention to guest needs after hours. There is no restaurant service after breakfast. We were told that they have been open for only two months.
