"The hotel and staff are great they really do as much as they can for you. I do however have to say that the pictures of the sky bar on the website are totally different to what is actually onsite. Which I believe to be misleading at best. Basically none of it exists other than 6 x sunbeds and a couple of sofas. I have attached screen shots of website pictures that show something that is simply not there.These need to be removed as they are misleading. Higher management needs to deal with this...

The main benefit of this hotel is that it is in walking distance of all the sites in Hanoi, such as the lake and citadel. The hotel has been recently renovated so it is clean and everything works - the room's aircon was exceptional. A special mention to the receptionist staff who were lovely."

"If you want some seclusion away from the world then book the owners suite. It has its own balcony with tall plants surrounding.. unfortunately I would rather look at the nightlife and bustle of the old quarter, so I could have saved some money and got a front balcony- let me be clear, that’s my fault!
