Guest access
Guest can use all interior bedrooms, the three full Bath rooms, Living room, dining room, sun room, upper patio. basement living room area, laundry area and fenced in back yard. Paved parking is also available. And definitely the kitchen. The attic and garage areas are off limits.

Important house rules and acknowledgemets that must be read and agreed upon before access is granted.
My name is Winstons my business partner and co-host is James, Thank for choosing our place. We do not allow parties. We do not allow events that consist, of huge social gatherings that will alarm or disturb our neighbors. We do not allow events that will disturb the quite neighbors or cause safty issues to our neighbors. If there are parties or your guests have police arrive there will be and immediate cancelation. If there are any fines by breaking any local ordinances. You will be responsible to reimburse those fines. We do not allow drugs of any kind on our property. We dont allow additional guest accept whats specified on this platform. you can request for an approval of additional guests. We do not allow music played outside the unit. quite time is 9pm and the neighborhood rules will be inforced. You are able to enter the unit on your own after 4pm, using the provided code (code will not be active until 4pm) All codes are set digitally. Remember the entry is either through the REAR of the of the home where there is paved parking ( recommended) or you can enter from the front door. THERE IS NO PARKING AVAILABLE IN THE FRONT. There are exterior cameras that monitor the door ways/ exterior of the property only the cameras record 24 hours a day.. Street parking is limited during the day please read local signs. WE RECOMMEND You park in the driveway and that you u-turn on the side street and back in to the drive way.. it is much easier to pull out when you are leaving The driveway holds 3 to four vehicles when parked neatly. Things To Remember - check out is at 11 am your door code will be deactivated at this time and our cleaning crew, laundry service will arrive to turn/ clean the unit shortly after. It takes about 4 hours to clean so exit time is important. When you leave the unit please walk through and lock the windows and then the doors from outside by pressing the "Top button on the top of the key pad listen for the lock to turn if it does not turn enter your code to lock it and check to make sure it is locked please remember to lock the door upon leaving the unit to protect your belongings. Items in unit:1 Iron (master bedroom Closet)1 Ironing Board (master bedroom Closet) 2 hair Blow Dryers one in main bathroom under sink and one in ( 1st floor Bathroom under sink) 1 coffee maker no coffee or open foods are provided to prevent contamination. Coffee maker is on (kitchen Counter) There is a towel and washcloth for each guests on the beds. The trundle has its items in the drawer for the lower bunk.. Please check to see that these items are in the unit upon checkin if they are not there please contact us immediately. There is a $70 charge for each of these items missing upon checkout -Please do not smoke inside the unit or the patios at all.. If you have to smoke please smoke outside of and properly dispose of the butts In A CAN or jar of water then place it inside of a trash bag. Evidince of smoking or smoke smell inside the unit will incur a minimum $550 ozone cleaning fee - Do not place any hot pots or dishes directly on the wood table. Do not hang anything like strings from the walls or any fixture also do not tape drill nail or tack anything to the walls damage to walls including But not limited to holes tape residue or excessive staining will result in a charge to repair or paint the area- Do not move the furniture around for any reason beds mattresses dining room table couches are not to be moved for any reason this can damage floors or the furniture and will result in a charge- of $300.00 or more also the cleaning crew may not be able to replace these items safely. DO NOT SIT HOT POTS DIRECTLY ON THE DINING ROOM TABLE IT CREATES HEAT STAINS. We don't have any unwanted pests in or around the unit and we would love to keep it that way please do not place ANY trash outside of the unit that is not in a bin. Any excess trash should be placed in the cans outside and make sure the lids are secure. -There will also be a $150 cleaning fee for loose trash/Cigarette butts in the outdoor cans or lawns with no bag. Please remember to extinguish your cigarettes in a cup with water or in a jar and dispose of them in the outside cans fully extinguished INSIDE of a provided plastic bag.- While the area is safe please lock your car doors and secure your belongings. Do not remove any security system door sensor or window contacts and definitely dont disconnect our exterior cameras or attempt to remove them. we charge a minimum of $350. to send someone out to reconnect them. Arm the alarm when leaving for extended periods of time to safeguard your belongings. We do not provide any barbecue items but if you choose to barbecue and you bring your own items do not barbecue on any concrete surface the oil will stain the concrete and it is not able to be cleaned if this happens you’ll be charged $500. if you choose to barbecue do so in the grass away from the unit and dispose of the coals properly. do not dump coal on our property that will be a $350 surcharge. do not bring any grills or propane tanks inside the unit at any time. Please note the cancellation policy for your booking, it is a strict cancelation policy! We do not negotiate outside of the cancellation policy for any reason!-NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND we do not allow pets of any kind this includes support animals if we see an animal on premises or find there has been one after your stay, you will be responsible for pet cleaning cost starting at $400.00 we will ask you to remove the animal if you cannot do so your stay will be cancelled without refund and there will be a $400 pet cleaning surcharge. The property has been fully sanitized. THERE is additional cans of disinfectant in every room. The can are to stay in the Airbnb And for use while you are there. There are 12 black make up towels in the closet in the second floor bathroom. Please let your guests know they are the only towels that should be used for removing make up. The garages, the attic, the fire place and pellet stove are not available for guests use, please don't attempt to use those items/ areas. Also please don't take the extras like toilet paper, paper towels, bottle water Soaps and detergents, trash bags etc. I have had these issues at my other units and it drove up rates and we have incurred additional expenses.
