"The hotel itself is lovely, so peaceful and the views are incredible. Nice pool and the food and drinks were excellent. The transfer by long tail boat (which you have to take to get to the resort) involved a walk of maybe 150m to the boat in low tide, with almost waist height water carrying our luggage. This was fine for us but not suitable if you don’t have great mobility. "

Choose the ferry to travel from Phuket, not the speedboat, the journey on the speedboat to Tonsai Pier was very rough and one passenger fell out of his seat and hurt his back due to the buffetting."
