This resort was good, big, clean and had polite and respectful staff, buffet restaurant was absolutely the best one that I’ve ever been to anywhere from US to Cancun none was close to this one I rate the buffet 5 out of 5. However, hotel’s amenities were limited for a five star resort. A five star resort must have more activities and amenities for entertainment such as bowling alley, movie theatre, water park, shopping areas, different shows and even golf course. This resort had none of these…. This resort had very limited amenities like one big pool, one kids pool and one small pool, a very small arcade, a night club and a few medium size waterslides. After the 1st day we did not have anything to do… as we had tried everything already…. I would rate this hotel 4 our of 5

The residence 'private' area (pool, bar, restaurant) is really very pleasant and much quieter than the main hotel next door. The food in this area is very good and has plenty of options. The lake villa rooms are really spacious, but a maybe a little tired and some back onto a road. The service is strong on effort (very polite) but lacking in effectiveness at times. Lots' of little things done poorly needing correction or chasing up. There are some very good staff but they seem in the minority. So it's a bit hit and miss.

Great value. All-inclusive food buffet was amazing, alcohol was inclusive. Waterpark with slides was great, though pools were a little chilly, even on 27 May in 80 degree heat. Kids club was a little ragged and dissapointing- attendants didn't really engage with children, not a lot of activities to keep them engaged.

WONDERFUL - its my second time in delphin hotels first time in diva hotel it was wonderful - nothing bad to say - the room the staff the food the view the pool it was perfect from the first day and until i left
