"Excellent location, right on the lake, although the neighborhood/drive in was a little sketchy. Beautiful sunsets viewed from the lovely covered deck. Plenty of comfortable beds for lots of guests. Owners were very nice & responsive to our issues. House could use a deep clean: cobwebs & dead insects here & there. It was off-season so we didn't get to use the lake amenities. We hope to go back in the summer!"

The kids loved it and even though we were there in the winter and were unable to enjoy the lake to the fullest the view was outstanding. "This beautiful home was a real private retreat for our family holiday. To be welcomed by a huge Christmas tree with all the decorations in the grandroom showcases the huge ceiling and delighted our kids. The home is well built and spacious. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Lots of places to lounge, play games, and lots of quiet corners to read or work. It's very picturesque as it overlooks the golf course. The multi level home makes each room feel distinct yet open to the next....

"It's a beautiful home with everything you need for the stay—lots of paper products and bathroom supplies. The view of the lake is excellent, and it is a quiet cove. The outside area has furniture, but some are broken, and some are very dirty and unusable. The inside was clean, but it seemed it had not been rented recently and had spider webs. "Our daughter got married this past weekend. We were looking for a place that was pretty close to the venue since we lived out of town that would accommodate our large family. We luckily found this lake house at Badin Lake. It was absolutely perfect for our family and accommodated all of us. We love the game room and the view of the lake. Every day from every part of the house was gorgeous. We definitely will be back."
