« This house is simply amazing!!! Wonderful space for multiple families to gather, relax and cook family meals together. House was beautifully decorated for Christmas—a nice touch since we were three families far from home for the holiday. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing/photos and the owners were super easy to communicate with. House is minutes from Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, New Town and other attractions. The farm fresh eggs and brownies were a nice touch! »

« There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children, 10 and under. Three bedrooms had queen sized beds and the 4th, 2 twin beds, which was perfect for the boys. The house was clean, well equipped...it was in need of an update...paint, some minor repairs...none of which affected our stay. The location was great for us, a safe and quiet neighborhood. »

« This three-story Federal-style home has a delightful view of the York River. The only thing I didn't give five stars to in my review was the property listing, because the photos simply don't do it justice. The rooms are generously spacious, with a deck on both the first and second floors. The entire third floor is one huge bedroom, with two double beds. The second floor has two bedrooms as well as laundry facilities, and EVERY bedroom has its own full bath! We were astonished at how big this...

« Perfect for a family member’s birthday. The back yard is lovely. Had many deer come visit. Even with no leaves on the trees couldn’t make out the road way behind. Peaceful and quiet with so many great restaurants nearby ( and the regular Williamsburg attractions too, but not what we were there for.) Grocery store just a minute up the road, we enjoyed cooking for everyone in the kitchen. The house is well laid out for a small gathering. »

« Nice property however needs a deep cleaning….refrigerator, under beds, sticky floors, and ceiling fan definitely needs attention. Nice area. The dining area antique table and chairs are not comfortable…the rest of the couches and chairs are good…lots of room and nice game room. »
