These people absolutely know how to do a vacation rental correctly. « Loved our stay! Wish we had another day to truly enjoy all components of the property. Only thing that seemed silly was charging a rental fee for the sand dune boards. If you go to the beach, the beach equipment just is a perk of the property. Would still rent here again! »

« We stayed 2 nights to go to The Great Sand Dunes and hike around the area. It’s about an hour drive to the main entrance of Great Sand Dunes. The home was very clean! We were very pleased with the inside, the kitchen was big and shad everything we needed and it had a nice grill as well! The only negative thing we have to say is that the mosquitos in the area are very bad this time of year! They swarmed us right when we got out of the car but the locals said they were even worse the week before...

We did not realize that mosquitos are very bad during some of June and some of July every year. We visited the dunes and REALLY enjoyed our time there. »

« The property was great. Our stay was great. The property was very well taken care of except for a few minor details that were easily fixed. The hot tub at night was fantastic, great for star gazing. They weren't kidding when they say fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed Hooper's pool and the boys went dirt bike riding. Mountain views from every window, showers and giant soaking tubs in both bathrooms in the main house, and 2 additional bedrooms plus a full bathroom in the adjacent studio.
