I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, and I was extremely disappointed. The experience didn’t live up to the high price tag at all. First, they provided a horrible crib for our 3-month-old baby and even charged extra for what? She does not eat anything and did use any amenities which felt unnecessary. We also wanted to enjoy the spa and adult amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) on Monday morning before we are checking out only to find that they were all closed. To top it off, the massage at the spa was below average. Well I can keep listing all the things did not go well and we don’t expect anything like that from a 5 star hotel which charge 800 euros a night
Even on the checkout we had issues. We did the reservation at Expedia which was already paid and they wanted to charge us again. I showed the receipt of expedia and my credit card statement and they made us more than 1 hour trying to call expedia saying they did not receive the payment. Really? They could not solve this later since it was not my fault.
We had to wait a lot to solve this issue with a 3 months baby waiting.
The owner Cristine did not know how to handle the situation she did not offer us a solution and she definetely does not know how to treat a client.
For the price, there are definitely better options around the area. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality experience.
