The Cottage @ Georgetown Square was built in 1940 and since has been completely renovated. This cozy Cottage is ideal for a romantic getaway in the heart of the historical district of Old Town Georgetown. It's only a few blocks away from the most beautiful Town Square in Texas, where you will find bakeries, wineries, restaurants, shops, and bars. Enjoy a short walk to the San Gabriel Park or the Blue Hole. You can also go hiking and biking on trails along the San Gabriel River. And, you may enjoy watching a live performance at The Palace Theater or go to the Art Museum on the square.

Perfect location.
We enjoyed our experience in working with Debra; she was very attentive when we reached out. This was the perfect location to walk to the town square as well as to the San Gabriel River walkway (which was so nice). If able, we would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Cottage
My wife and I love the Christmas Stroll in Georgetown and this cottage. This is our second year staying here and the cottage is perfect for walking to the town square or spending time playing games after a long day shopping the various vendors. We know we will be back and this is the place to stay.

The hostess was outstanding. She made sure that our stay was excellent. This cozy cottage had everything you could need. Being close to the Georgetown square is essential to us. So this location was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property.

My wife & I have stayed here several times, because the host is wonderful, the location in a historic neighborhood of cute bungalows is only 3 walkable blocks to one of the best downtown squares in Texas. The house itself is small, but perfect for a couple or a couple with 1 child. The furnishings are quality, including luxury towels and linens. The central A/C works great and the shower has awesome pressure.

The Cottage @ Georgetown Square never disappoints. This was our second time staying at the Cottage and it was just as wonderful as the first time! Excellent Stay
The Cottage @ Georgetown Square was the perfect space for our long weekend in Georgetown. It is located just a few blocks from the Square but tucked away on a quiet street. The host, Debra, has taken care of all the little details that make for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We especially enjoyed having a cup of coffee while relaxing on the front porch swing each morning. The cottage is within walking distance of great restaurants and shops, as well as the walking trails along the San Gabriel River. We would definitely stay here again!

Visit with my husband and mother in law for our daughter's last Southwestern concert and Poppy Fest
Loved staying at this lovely cottage! Debra was an amazing hostess. Great location very close to the square and walking distance to Southwestern. Our daughter is a senior and we wish we found Debra's cottage 4 years ago when our daughter was a freshman. I highly recommend for a couple or family with 1-2 kids. My mother in law joined and it was a perfect and comfortable place to stay.

Charming Cottage
This was our 2nd year in a row to stay at this charming cottage and we loved it even more. Everything we needed was there. I even took pictures of the shampoo and such so I could buy it for my home. Just Amazing
My wife and I stayed here for a long 4 day weekend. It was way more than we expected. The cottage was an easy walk to the downtown square and it was exceptionally clean. It also had everything we could expect and more in a place to stay. The food in the square was very good and I strongly recommend the meatballs at Juliet Italian Kitchen.

My wife and I stayed here to check out Georgetown. The house is excellent, and the host has paid attention to every detail. The house is walkable to the downtown square and river pathways. We'd definitely stay here again.

Walkable Georgetown
My college bestie and I spent a lovely weekend at The Cottage @ Georgetown Square. We were able to walk to Southwestern for the homecoming events and the square for fun shopping and delicious meals. The Cottage was clean, well appointed, and perfect for us. Our host was friendly and easy to communicate with. She texted to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. This cottage is beautiful and just a few blocks from the courthouse square. Debra is a wonderful host and even sent a message when the cottage was ready so we could check in early if we wished. Our stay at Debra's cottage was fantastic. She had notes around the house to help us navigate along with a few welcome amenities to make us feel at home. She was always accessible via text if we had questions. The cottage was the perfect home base for our trip. It was walking distance to explore downtown Georgetown (for morning coffee -- try Lamppost). The bed was comfortable and Debra provided bathroom amenities you would find in a hotel. The cottage also smelled wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

Debra is a great host! The location is within a short walking distance to maybe the cutest little downtown square in Texas, with several great restaurants and shops. The house is small but is perfect for a couple or a couple with a child. The house is well appointed with everything you need. Two things particular to me is the bed is very comfortable and the shower has a big head with great pressure.

Comfortable Cottage in Old Georgetown
I liked staying in a place that was on a quiet street but also convenient to the Georgetown main square. Georgetown has a good 'vibe' and the locals were friendly. I also had a some small special requests and Debra accommodated them exactly. Great experience over all.
